I got Tron's, Rinzler's, and Clu's RP accounts set up today.  ^_^  No clue if I'll ever use Rinzler or Clu, but I wanted to snag the usernames.  XD  I'll at least post pictures and posters and things on their journals later.  ^_^

I only have icons for Tron right now, going to wait until Legacy comes out on DVD (APRIL 5TH WHOO) to get icons for the other two, there's especially one screenshot I want of Clu.  XD  Need to upload Tron's icons later.

Also!  I'd love some crit!  Since my character list is growing HUGE, I just posted a link to my HMD page, because it is kind of ridiculous how many accounts I have.  XD

This weekend was okay.

Saturday we watched The Sorcerer's Apprentice and RED.  Both were great movies.  I really enjoyed them.  ^_^

Sunday, the 13th, was the 3-year anniversary of Memaw's death, so me and Mom went gambling with Pappaw.  I came out $1 ahead.  XD

Today was okay, me, Mom, and Dad went to eat at a good restaurant we don't normally get to go to.  ^_^

I'm not feeling well, so I'm going to go to bed early.

Didn't get anything I wanted to do done today.  D:  I wanted to work on my Portal novelization.  I also wanted to scribble down ideas and map out a Kingdom Hearts version of Tron Legacy as a future fanfic idea.  I've also got an idea of a possible prequel to it involving Larxene.  XD  Also wanted to make icons from Tron Betrayal, but didn't do that either.  Also need to start making accounts for various RP characters.  And watch a playthrough of the Tron level in Kingdom Hearts 2, I don't feel like playing through a huge chunk of the game for two bits of it.  And track down a playthrough of Tron Evolution for character information.

I'm not sleeping well again, I have problems getting to sleep, then I wake up early.  D:  Part of the problem is that I get excited about things and thinkthinkthink.  I do my best thinking when I'm supposed to be sleeping.  :|  So the result is that I have all these ideas that I can't do because I'm too tired.  XD

For example, I had this conversation with Mom-

Me:  I'm going to bed tonight.
Mom:  You're going to bed tonight?  *snicker and eyebrow raise*
Me:  Early.  I'm going to bed early tonight.

XD  I'm losing words and can barely think.  About the only coherent thoughts I can muster are Ichigo or Tron related.  So useless.  XD  Also, music.  ^_^

Also, on Farmville, Mom posted a Golden Apricot tree, and I thought it said Golden Angst Tree.  I was so confused.  XD

Oh!  We still have that tape of Tron, Dad didn't get rid of it.  :D

The Tron action figures are starting to go on sale, and I'm kinda tempted to buy the main cast and have SHENANIGANS.  :D  I was coming up with ideas for that instead of sleeping this morning.  :|  I think Quorra and Toothless would be adorable.  :D  I also have a tiny Zen garden somewhere that could be fun.  :D  And I think they're close to the size my Jurassic Park human figures are, so they could steal their crazy equipment.  XD

My glow-in-the-dark Tron hoodie should come in the mail annnnyyyyyy day now.  :D :D :D

I'm thinking of maybe getting a friend to help make a Tron cosplay, but I don't know what character I would be.  XD

Woke up with a headache this morning and Mom's had a headache too.  :|

We had pizza by the slice for lunch, yum!  ^_^

Been poking on GPX, finished the Mewtwo exploration and started a new one.  Trying to get Mewtwo to hatch now.  :D







Tomorrow we're supposed to eat with Pappaw at Red Robin, but we're supposed to get a SNOW ATTACK all day, so we might just eat pizza at home.  XD

I hope if we do go, we'll have a chance to go to Barnes and Noble, I want to get that Tron Betrayal comic.  It's supposed to give more backstory to what happened before the movie.

Speaking of Tron Legacy, between reading a bunch of stuff and THINKING ABOUT IT ALL THE TIME GOOD GRAVY BRAIN, I have come to the somewhat terrible realization that I am somewhat indifferent to the good guys, except for Quorra who is ADORABLE and I want to hang out with her forever.  We could read books and play games and just have the funnest time.  :D  ANYWAYS, where I was going with this was is that I am terribly fascinated with two of the bad guys in the movie.  :|  I sort of want to RP them both, but there's some issues and questions I have that hopefully will be explained in the comic prevent me from doing so.  THEY ARE JUST SO AWESOME.  AND I AM SO TERRIBLE FOR THINKING IT.  XD

Also, I'll talk more about the movie later, but uh, I didn't sleep like at all before the movie, so I was super-hyper for it.  XD  Looking back, it wasn't a perfect movie, but it had enough OOH SHINY to keep me entertained, because I love me some OOH SHINY.  XD

Today was pretty good.

We ate at Taco Bell/Pizza Hut.  It was okay.  ^_^

We watched a couple random episodes of Invader Zim on Nicktoons when nothing else was on this weekend.  One was "Dib's Wonderful Life of Doom" where he got super powers.  I think it might be interesting to RP him as a superhero or something with those powers.  XD  The unproduced possible episode Invader Dib has some interesting possibilities for AUs.  Also, was looking him up on the Invader Zim wiki and it said his agent codename Mothman was based on a creature that shows up before bad things happen as a warning, which got me thinking of Absol from Pokemon, then realized they both have similar hairstyles.  XD

Well, I'm back from vacation!  ^_^  It's been snowing, so Dad got to stay home from work Monday and Tuesday, so that's why I haven't been around.

Things have been pretty good around here.  ^_^

Saw Narnia, it was pretty good.  ^_^

Vacation was pretty great, we had a relaxed time and slept in a lot.  :D   Toontown is going to be closing in the Magic Kingdom soon, so me and my Sister wandered around one last time to look at everything.  They're getting rid of it for a new massive expansion of Fantasyland with some kind of forest or something.  It should be really neat, but I'm getting some Roger Rabbit vibes with the whole destruction of Toontown deal.  Though, in the movie it was going to be for a freeway, not a forest.  And toons are present in Fantasyland and the basis of what's in the forest, so I'm not sure how that all counts.  XD

We stayed at Animal Kingdom Lodge in the Vacation Club area, and our room wasn't a savanna view, buuutttt, it was just across the road-ish, so we could see a few animals if we went to the end of our balcony.  :D

Hmmm...what else...  Oh!  I got the HUGE book of the entire comic series Bone and read it on the way down to Florida.  I think it's the biggest book I own.  XD  I really enjoyed the series, it was neat.  I know they're the bad guys, but King Dok and the Rat Creatures (especially the two "Stupid Stupid" ones  XD) captured my heart, they're adorable and fluffy and have bright eyes and big teeth and King Dok looks like a fuzzy T-Rex and it is wonderful.  :D  Also, BARTLEBY.  I want to adopt him and cuddle him FOREVER.  <3 <3 <3  Thorn kind of looks like a teenage!human!Nel.  XD  There was also a one-time girl that showed up that looked like Jasmine from Aladdin AND HER NAME WAS JASMINE.  XD  And one of the dragons kinda looked like Elliot from Pete's Dragon.  ^_^  The art is wonderful and is a neat mix of styles.  It is super great and I'll be rereading it again.  ^_^

Also found our Death Note Los Angeles book and read it on the way back.  IT IS SO GOOD AND SUPER AWESOME.  It has also rekindled my interest in Death Note, but mostly L.  I want to read/re-watch/watch the manga/anime/movies, but I'm really only interested in L's adventures at this moment.  I kinda forgot anybody else was in it, and then remembered and was like, "Oh, blah, Light."  XD  *derpdaderp*


Watched some good stuff and not so good stuff.

Not so good:
Dragon Fighter - *snerk*  Almost hilariously terrible, the CGI is bad, the acting is eh, it tries to be Alien and fails, and is ultimately boring.  There's one good funny scene, but it's sort of a surprise thing, so I'm not going to spoil it.  XD

Knowing - Even though it has a sort of feel-good Christian theme kinda almost sort of not exactly (it's confusing), it was just depressing.  There's several scenes of people and animals burning alive and that was unpleasant to watch.  Another thing that sort of freaked me out was someone had gone crazy and had scratched the same words over and over again, and that reminded me a biiit too much of the crazy scrawlings in Portal ("the cake is a lie" and such).  Also, the end is depressing, even though there's a bit afterwards that's supposed to be all hopeful, you can't be helped to be full of angst.  My favorite bit was early on when Nicolas Cage says in this funny deepy voice, "I'm the sone of a preacher."  The way he says it is GREAT, and we had to rewind and hear it again, then later show my Sister.  XD

How I Met Your Mother - Ah, usually the show is pretty funny, but the most recent episode ended with SURPRISE ANGST and made me sad, so it gets a spot here.  :|


Good:
Forbidden Planet - It was neat and very loosely based off of "The Tempest" (which was cool, I don't remember much, but I remember liking it) and Robbie the Robot is awesome.  :D

The Cape - Pretty cool and sort of classic superhero-y, only 2 episodes so far, so have to see if it continues being neat.

Voyage of the Dawn Treader - Mentioned above, it was pretty cool.  :D


Also~  I don't have many thin long-sleeved shirts and I found a GLOW IN THE DARK TRON ONE YAY and I hope we go see Tron soon so I can wear it in the theater and GLOW IN THE DARK.  :D

I also tried on what we uh...THINK... is a Tron dress and that was kind of fail but kind of funny and I wish we had gotten a picture.  XD


Been having some weird dreams again.  XD  Haven't been sleeping well, so maybe that's been causing it.

-I dreamed I worked for Tony Stark.  We were talking business or something and then I woke up.  :|  Can I count that on my resume?  XD

-Tron something or the other real-world dealio.  Can't remember much, except maybe I was going to replace the dude and make awesome video games?

-Had a dream within a dream last night.  That was new to me.  XD  Getting Inception vibes.  XD


Speaking of Iron Man and Tron, I keep forgetting to mention this!  In the new Avengers cartoon on Disney XD, Tony Stark wears a Tron-like outfit that has blue lines and stuff.  I call him Tron Man or, less often, Trony Stark.  XD  *snerk*


It's been cold, so I've been wearing my Transformers pajama pants.  :D  Ever since I got those Ravage toys at Wal-Mart, I've been on a Transformers kick, but I can't do much about it, so I wear my jammy pants proudly.  :D  I wanna watch the first live action movie, but we haven't had a chance to do so.  I found some crazy cartoon series that was never released in English except for subtitles online, so I might watch it some time, but my list of things I want to watch is sooo long.  XD  Might get a small Optimus Prime toy if I can find one cheap.  *derp*


Oh yes!  I saw a Tron-based RP that had people playing programs like Norton Antivirus and stuff.  Captain Eo's outfit is Tron-ish, maybe he could be like Windows Media Player or iTunes or something.  XD  *hee*


Me and Dad have been playing Kirby's Epic Yarn.  It's a lot of fun!  :D  But it goes by so quickly.  :<  But there's lots of stuff to collect!  :D  And there is a candy level with sections I have dubbed "Flan Adventure" and "Donut Adventure".  :D


It's been snowing a lot, so that's been really neat.  It's been so pretty!  :D  And it's fun to see squirrels and birds in the snow.  <3

Oh!  We had a hawk earlier!  There were a bunch of birds on the picnic table and all of a sudden HERE COMES A HAWK FLYING TOWARDS THE HOUSE WE CAN SEE HIS FEET DID YOU SEE THAT SO AWESOME and then he landed in the neighbor's tree and hunkered down and looked like he was sulking because he didn't get a snack.  XD  He flew off towards the back and we didn't see him again.


Also!  Cartoon Network's timing is bad again.  On Christmas they showed a random angsty filler episode about Ichigo and his mom.  :|

Oh!  And on Bleach 186, there was a girl who looked like Akane that ran in for action and was working with Ukitake, Shunsui, and a bunch of other Shinigami.  I'm gonna get screenshots and make icons in a bit.  :D


*flails*  Sorry for rambling, guess I'm making up for being gone so long!  XD  Almost done.  <3

I kind of want to RP L, give him an Abra, then he'd be all happy when it evolved because IT WOULD HAVE A SPOON FOR EATING DESSERTS.  :D


Also, Portal 2's release date has changed, and it's no longer coming out on my birthday.  *sulks*


Mmmm, I've had an idea I've been tossing around and I started playing with it when I couldn't sleep last night.  XD  I think it was originally inspired by discussions I've seen about RPing different styles of characters, like live action and animated together.  Anyways, the basic thing is anime characters in the Toontown from Roger Rabbit.  As I've messed with the idea, it might involve also throwing in CGI characters in as well, since that's the new animation thing.  Maybe there's a rivalry or something.

Right now, my plans for this mess pretty much solely insist on a TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE SELF-INSERTY fanfic.  XD  In my brain it sounds neat, but when I think about typing it it sounds HORRIBLE AND STUPID WHY DID YOU COME UP WITH THIS?  XD  So I will refrain from talking too much about it for now until I sort things out and REMOVE MYSELF AS A SORT OF MAIN CHARACTER.

I'm looking up what I can find about the Toontown from Roger Rabbit, and there's not a lot of info, and what I remember from the movie didn't tell a lot either, so I'll have a bit of wiggle room to do what I like.  :D  I'm liking the idea of toons as actors that don't always fit with the roles they were cast in.  Right now, I'm thinking Aizen is a good dude and Light is an okay normal dude and for some reason I'm always picturing him with like two girls always around him which is kind of hilarious. 

Also, Ash from Pokemon is not as twerpy as the show makes him seem, but it is a paycheck and he'll put up with it.  XD  He also owns all of his Pokemon and still has the ones that in the show he got rid of.  Everybody on the Pokemon show is a Pokemon trainer like an animal trainer for movies would be.  The Toontown Woods outside the town has Pokemon (and maybe other creatures/monsters) and anybody can be a Pokemon Trainer if they pass the test and get a license and register every Pokemon they obtain.

One thing I'm stuck on right now is the extent of character powers.  In Roger Rabbit, they stuck with older style of characters, from animated shorts, that just had shenanigans.  Anime and more current other animated shows have more powers and stuff.  Are they special effects?  Are all characters normal Toons with only the standard powers?  Or do they actually have the real powers shown in the shows?  Or maybe only some of the powers/abilities?  Gotta think this out.

 Today was okay.

Then, we ate at a Japanese restaurant.  ^_^  I got something called "Cow upon Cow", it was a small steak on a cow platter, fried egg, soup, and fried rice.  It was good, but so much food!  XD

 :D  It snowed all day yesterday and the snow on the ground stuck around today.  :D

We watched Shrek 4 this weekend, it was pretty good.

We went to Taco Bell/Pizza Hut today and we all got pizza.  XD

Mostly been kinda lazy lately.

Did do a run through of Portal's behind the scenes area.  It wasn't as long as I thought it was.  :D  Probably going to work on the writing part some tomorrow.  As a random note, I meant to work on it on Friday and Sunday, but didn't, both of those nights I had weird dreams about Portal.  XD

:D  Next week at Teen Night, Maddie's going to bring in a Black Forest Cake so that the cake isn't a lie.  :D  She saw a recipe for it and thought I'd like it.  :D

Also, I won't be around Thursday most likely, going to go up to college to pick my Sister up.  I wasn't planning on going, but David works at the movie theater and offered to get me, my Mom, and my Sister all into the Narnia movie for free.  :D


Made another sort of jokey RP account, this time it's Bloop from Trog.  I've been wanting a Bloop account for a while, but never got around to it.  XD  He's at bloopdabadee.

Also made a Dear Mun post for the viruses here.  I wasn't expecting anyone to show up, but a couple people did, and I think someone made a Dr. Mario just to poke them.  XD  <3

 Today was pretty great.  :D  The best!  :D

Me and Mom went to eat at Red Robin with Pappaw.  Sooo gooood!  :D  I've been wanting to go for a while.  ^_^

Then we went to Walmart.  ^_^  Mom was picking up Christmas cards and showing Pappaw the card options, so I got to wander a little.  ^_^  Found 2 games that amused me:  Amazing Race for Wii and Naruto vs. Dragons.  XD  No idea why they needed an Amazing Race game, but there you go.  XD  I was hoping that Naruto vs. Dragons would be hilariously bad or awesomely awesome, but alas, according to the GameFAQs forums, it's either mediocre or bad.  Oh well, I will still giggle over it anyways.  :D

I found some neat toys and Mom said she didn't have much for me for Christmas, so she let me get them.  :D  I got a small Transfomers Ravage and a bigger one.  Also a How to Train Your Dragon fire-breathing Toothless with saddle and gear.  :D  AND AND AND THE BEST TOY EVER.  :D  THE BEST TOY EVER is the Red Death/Dragon Queen and it comes with three small Gronckles that it eats.  THE MAIN FEATURE OF THE TOY IS THAT IT EATS OTHER TOYS.  :D :D :D

Played Digimon Battle for a bit.  Got something really useful from the Thanksgiving Event, 10 Revive Potions, and they're usually 5,000 bits each.  :D :D :D  I saw somebody whining about getting one, and it's like, hey, it's useful and better than stuff you can't sell and will go away after a while or stuff you can only sell for a little.  :D  ^_^

Spent a while looking at the Transformers Wiki, it's really neat!  :D  There's a lot of humor in captions under pictures for the articles and just fun to read all around.  ^_^

Had a sandwich for a snack, yummmm.  ^_^

A GLaDOS player found me and wants me to bring Chell to the game they're at.  I'm thinking about it, but there's another game I need to look into and I don't want to get back into heavy RP until after I finish the Portal novelization.  But it's nice to be wanted.  :D  We did a neat thread on Dear Mun together.  ^_^

Today was okay.

Had some problems sleeping, then was woken up early by one of our neighbors getting a new roof.  :|  So noisy!  XD

Mom went to pick up my Sister at college, so me and Dad went to Arby's.  :D

My Sister's boyfriend is over here now, we watched bootleg Song of the South and now we're watching Howl's Moving Castle.


Grey cat came to visit for a bit.  :D  Haven't seen her in a while.  ^_^


Played Digimon Battle for a bit, got some more stuff from the Thanksgiving event.  :D

They're going to start a new Digimon game this month, I'm worried that the old one is going to go away.  D:


I'm not looking forward to tomorrow.  Pappaw's getting married to his girlfriend.  It's at a place 2+ hours away.  It's also supposed to rain and be cold and yucky.

I miss Memaw.


I need to get back to working on my Portal novelization, maybe next week.


I also want to get back into RPing again, but I don't know where to start.  I don't seem to have good luck with it lately.

Would anyone be interested in a big Christmas party at my musebox?  I've got some ideas for a Twelve Days of Christmas based thing.  I should have done a Thanksgiving thing, but it slipped my mind.  XD

Today was pretty interesting.

Dad got up early to go do something, so I got up to say hi to him.

Pappaw came over a bit later to drop something off.  He then offered to take Mom to the doctor to get a shot for her pain.  She thought that was a good idea and told him she had an appointment at 2:30, so he went to do errands and came back.
Dad was back by the time Pappaw came over again, so after they left, me and him had hot dogs, beans, and potato chips.  :D
Pappaw dropped Mom back home after Dad left for work.  It happened that the cat was visiting, so Pappaw got to meet her.  :D  He said she was a good cat.  ^_^  The cat had also come by Monday to say hi.  ^_^

Me and Mom have been watching TV.

I really need to work on NaNo, but I can't until TV time is over.  *flails*  I probably won't be on until late tonight, if I'm on at all.  (Oooh, I think we're done with together TV for now.)  I can't skip 2 days in a rowwww.  I wasn't planning on working on it tomorrow, but I'll try to after Teen Night.  I'll be on LJ posting and RPing a little, but I won't be on chat.

Might go to the midnight showing of Harry Potter tomorrow, so I won't be around then either.

Playing Portal through Chell's eyes is a new experience, as before, I was all like, "There's a thing, gotta activate it" or "It's a robot, gotta kill it."  Instead, now, I'm like, "What does this thing activate?" and "I really don't want Chell shot up, how can I avoid this?"  I've figured out how to ninja a nice portion of the turret level, but it's partially luck and knowing what to do already.  Though, the last couple of sections are giving me fits quite a bit.  *flails*


Somebody posted a Curiosity Core to roleplaysecrets, and I couldn't resist tossing mine at it.  Fun ensued.  :D  I'm curiosity_core. <3
