Last night I lost 4 hours. XD Around 10:35 (the last time I posted on Gaia for the night) I started working on making map for my RP project with Pokemon sprites and using a map from one of the cities. Next thing I know, it's almost 2 AM. XD Got it mostly done, I didn't add houses, we might add more buildings and houses might clutter it. Might also need to add more flowers, especially in the graveyard area.
Today was pretty busy.
I had to get up and go to class. Class went pretty good, we talked about the class and the project we turned in and the final.
I then ate lunch with my friends. ^_^ I had a slice of pizza and two slices of lemon pie. <3 I enjoyed talking with my friends, a bunch of them were there.
Back in my room, I did a bit of homework and poked on the computer.
I played at Bleach Dressing Room for a bit, Ren and little kid!Ichigo are buddies now, they played with a ball and she's giving him a piggyback ride. XD
I had an Etiquette Dinner for leadership today. The food was pretty good. <3 Didn't learn too much new, except that the tea was pretty bad, even with two packs of sugar and you're supposed to hide your sugar packet trash under your coffee cup's saucer. The lady that ran it had an interesting slide show of pictures and told interesting stories. ^_^
Next, a guy talked about looking professional and doing job interviews, he had a lot of good advice, such as take two outfits for every day of trip you're on for an interview, that way if something happens, you'll have an extra. He also told a story about a guy who did wonderful on his interview, but he got a take-home box at a fancy restaurant, so he didn't get the job. He also said that if you don't have tattoos or piercings to not get them, there's multiple cases he told of guys having earrings or earring holes and getting fired or not getting a job because of them.
After that, I went back to my room for a bit and poked on the computer.
Then I went to Beta, whoo. Not much went on, new people said a creed, officer positions got filled, I once again didn't get my name drawn for the scholarship... XD
Afterwards, I got the police guys to walk me back. They weren't very chatty.
Wow, it's COLD outside and the windy doesn't help. >_<
Got some homework to work on tomorrow.
Interesting Day
Nov. 5th, 2008 10:19 pmToday was a bit busy.
I had to present my group project with my group today. I think it went okay, the teacher didn't say anything bad towards us.
I went back to my room for a bit, then headed out again for a leadership luncheon. It was pretty good, we had sandwiches, chips, soda, and a cookie. It was with the head of the Alumni, so we learned a bit about the Alumni association.
I had to leave early to go to Tea and Cookies. It was okay, the plays were pretty bizarre. XD
Back in my room, I worked on homework and RPed a bit.
I got most of my PHP stuff done, though I can't do the last part, because it won't let me into my system. >_< It won't accept my username and password as right, so it won't let me in. BAH.
I also listened to a video for another class.
As for RPing, that was pretty interesting... Over at the Bleach Dressing Room, I play a female Renji named Ren. She was previously killed by the Hollow of the depressed Ichigo who has little control over his Hollow. So, when one of the other Hollow Ichigos was wandering around, Ren was terrified of him. He was pestering her, holding her by the arm, and female Ichigo tried to come to the rescue. Hollow Ichigo ended up holding Ren hostage so that Chibi Hollow Ichigo could eat her. He munched a pretty good portion of her leg. Captain Senbonzakura and one of the other Ichigos stopped him after a while. Regular Hollow Ichigo killed Female Ichigo, and currently, the other Ichigo is pwning Hollow Ichigo for killing her and causing so much harm to Ren. I think everyone's gone for the night, but I hope Ren gets medical attention tomorrow, otherwise she's gonna die of blood loss. XD
I've got class tomorrow and some homework to finish up for PHP and my other class, then I've got anime club, yay~!
Didn't sleep well again....I stayed awake for a while, passed out for a couple hours, woke back up again...did that on and off.
Got up early to work on PHP. Got some stuff done, but had problems with others.
Picked up lunch then went to eat before meeting my advisor.
Advising didn't go well. XD The classes for next semester are not online yet. XD And there's only 3 weeks till registration! XD My advisor wasn't really prepared, and I need to look around for my sheet and scan it if I find it.
Since my advisor is my PHP teacher, I asked him the questions I had with it, and when he looked at it, it confused him too, so he said he'd look at it in more detail. XD
I then went to the computer lab and worked on my resume. Didn't take long, so I played Hunt the Wumpus for a while. I played several versions of it, but I like that one the best. ^_^
I then went to do my mock interview. The people that interviewed me were two nice female grad students. ^_^ They said I did pretty good for my first interview. I got a 3 out of 5 and a 20 out of 32. ^_^ They told me some things I did right, and some things I did wrong. ^_^ Turns out one of them is my hall director! XD
I went back to my room and tried to work on homework. I watched a video then talked to Mom for two hours. XD She gave me a bunch of random gifts on Gaia. ^_^
Gonna go to bed early again and get up early to do homework.
Wish I could stop feeling so blah and down.
Today was okay.
I didn't sleep well again.
I ate lunch with my friends, then took my HTML Final. I also met my teacher in person for the first time. XD He sounded different than from the videos. ^_^ He was nice.
I didn't do so great, I got an 85 out of 120, which is a 70 or 71, depending on rounding. But, the class average is 81 or 82 out of 120, so that made me feel a little better. XD
If the grades online are correct, I have a 90 in the class. ^_^
Since I got out of it early, I went back to my room and poked on the Internet for a while.
I then went to Leadership, we had a lady talk to us about resumes and cover sheets. I signed up to do my mock interview tomorrow, so I gotta make that stuff beforehand. XD
I then came back to my room and worked on PHP stuff and poked on the Internet a little. I'm too weary/sleepy to finish it, so I'll get up early and work on it, then do my stuff for the mock interview at 5:30. I should have plenty of time, since what I've got works so far, and we can borrow the teacher's files if we need.

sono_cat made a new RP on Gaia. We played with the Bleach clans and added two of our own. It was a lot of fun making characters and figuring out who went where and what they do. I'll probably post mine sometime later, I might add some more stuff to it. ^_^ It also helped cheer up some of my blahs today.
Going to bed really early... *yawn*

It started off okay, I had a bizarre dream about the game club and DND. Apparently people were wearing some WEIRD costumes, including Hitsugaya. Also, apparently, me and Grimmjow are buddies. XD
I slept in pretty late.
I went to a Honors meeting to try and keep my priority registration. But, then I found out that Seniors with my last name register the same day, so I didn't even have to go. >_< Luckily, it only lasted about 30 or 45 minutes.
Lunch was okay, there were long lines, so I got a box of shrimp sushi and an orange muffin.
I went back to my dorm for a bit, and there was an e-mail saying that we needed to get room consolidation stuff done soon. I e-mailed asking how they chose who kept the room.
I left to go attend the leadership meeting. It was very short and I have the schedule.
I went back to my room, and I had a response about the room changes, saying that it was up to us, and that the person on my floor might be willing to move.
So I went to talk to her, but she wasn't in her room. So I got a green post-it note and wrote out a quick message, asking her to come talk to me. After I put it on the door, a girl walked up to it. We talked for a moment, and she was the other girl's roommate and would make sure she got the note.
I thought about my dysfunctional group some, and realized that I couldn't go to the meeting, I had forgotten that Mom was coming up on the same day.
So, I e-mailed the group this:
"Guys....Thursday is my Mom's birthday, and she's coming up on campus to spend time with me and my sister. I have no idea how long she's going to stay."
One of the guys wrote right back:
"You should have let us know it was your mom's Birthday. You can tell her you have a meeting on Thursday so you guys can hang out earlier in the day or come to the meeting a little late. Good luck and have fun with your mom, we'll see you there!"
GRRRRRR!
What really makes me mad that this was from the guy who bails HOURS before meetings. TWICE. And I post 2 days beforehand, and I get the message FROM HIM telling me that I have to be there no matter what and forget my Mom! >_<
I told Mom about this, and she was unhappy that he was trying to tell HER what to do and declared him a bully. I told her about the stuff he's done before, bailing on 2 set meetings hours beforehand, and we only can meet when he tells us to.
I wrote everyone back again and posted that I will be unable to come to the meeting, but I'm free several other days, and so far, 5 hours later, I have not gotten any more responses.
Also, the girl on my floor has not come by to see me yet. RAWR. If I don't hear from her by some time tomorrow, I'll stop by again, and then go find someone else. I just want someone who will move into my room and let me keep my room. I'll help them move if they want. Well, it'll all be solved on Friday, we have a consolidation meeting. Hopefully it'll go well.

Rome was a little better than usual. We watched a bit of Gladiator, it was pretty cool. Then the teacher talked for the rest of the period, and it was boring again. XD
Accounting went ok, we talked about some new stuff. My teacher asked me to speak to him after class. When I did, he said that he had talked with my previous Accounting teacher, and they both thought I was doing well. He said that no pressure, but I might want to look into taking Accounting as a major. ^_^ I thought that was really nice of him! I'll think about it, and see if I can add it to my Computer major.
Economics was ok, we looked at a quiz, went over some problems, and discussed the short project due on exam day. She said she might send us more information about it. I hope she does. All the people in Business and Honors got an exams survival kit with some miscellaneous cool stuff, including a Scan-Tron. XD
After classes, I ran a few errands. I went to the bookstore and got a bookmark for my Health teacher and found a cute Curious George calendar while I was at it. I saw Kat in line and we chatted for a bit. ^_^
Then, I went to Subway and got 6 cookies with a meal plan. XD
After that, I stopped by the store and got a case of Coke for Eric and Alicia's dinner party tomorrow. ^_^
I went to my room and ate two chocolate chip cookies. ^_^
I poked on the computer for a while, and my RA stopped by to say that there was going to be a speaker on stress soon.
I got done on the computer and went to the speaker.
Only me and my RA were there. XD
During the talk, my Mom called, she wanted to ask some stuff about getting the computer back up and running. I apologized to the guy and walked towards where the leadership banquet was, talking to Mom all the way.
Close to banquet time, I got off the phone and went inside.
At the banquet, I had chicken, beef, rolls, and potatoes. For dessert, there was cheesecake that you could add strawberries, caramel, and butterscotch. I had a bit of a disaster with the caramel and butterscotch. XD
They gave us a cute book called The Book for People That Do Too Much. There's some cute animal pictures in it, and the words are pretty funny.
Back in my room, I played an online game with a friend.
Now, I'm going to watch the shows we would have watched in my anime club.
Well, that's about all for today! ^_^

Economics we did some review and a little bit of new stuff. My teacher told me that I looked tired and that I should wake up. XD
After class, I went to Subway and got a cold cut trio sandwich, juice, chips, and two sugar cookies. I brought the food to my dorm and I'm saving the cookies for later.
I didn't go to leadership today. We were going to shop at Wal-Mart for our Angel Tree kids. Last week, one of the girls said she could give me a ride, but this weekend she said she couldn't. That's ok, because I wasn't feeling well, and had a bit of homework to do. I'm not sure how it was going to go, because the girl that said she couldn't give me a ride was the one in charge of our group. I've been to every other meeting, and our leader said we could miss one or two, so I think I'll be fine. Besides, how many people do you need to shop for one kid?

I went to get a Subway at the main area. I got a Cold Cut Trio sandwich, Lay's chips, and two sugar cookies. I got a different type of bread than last time, and it wasn't as good. But, it was pretty yummy.
I then poked in the Bookstore until it was time for leadership.
Our leader had had her baby, so another one of the leader people came in for a bit.
One girl had gotten two angels off the Angel Tree in the mall on Black Friday after Thanksgiving. One was a boy and one was a girl, and it's possible they are siblings.
We had to split up into two groups because even though we have $600 to spend, we can only spend $500 a day. >_< My group easily said we'd just do it at regular leadership time next week. The other group was still discussing their time when I left.
I then headed to the computer lab. I sat in the hallway and talked to Mom and my Sister for a while.
Then, I poked on the computer unti it was time for Beta club.
I signed the card and ran to Subway to pick up two more sugar cookies, and I got back a few minutes before the meeting started. My RA and Juliana showed up, and we all sat together. ^_^
The meeting didn't last too long. Afterwards, my RA went to work on some stuff in the computer lab, and me and Juliana walked back to our dorm.
In my dorm, I figured out how to work the camera so I can interview my Health teacher tommorrow. I had a few problems, and the extra microphone they gave me does nothing but static and weak sound. The internal camera mic was better. >_< Getting it on the tripod was odd, you had to screw the camera on. I though there'd be something to hold it in. XD
After that, I poked on the computer for a while.

Relaxed Day

Rome class was mediocre, we had a pop quiz. XD I didn't have enough time to write everything that I wanted to on it. XD Hopefully I'll have done well on it anyways.
Accounting was ok, we went over some new problems. I got a perfect score on the last quiz we took, yay!
Economics was ok as well. I got an A- on my last case study. We talked about some new stuff that was a little bit confusing.
I stopped by a computer lab to do my Accounting homework, and a friend popped by, so I talked to him for bit.
Afterwards, I went to the buffet place to eat. I got some mediocre chicken, an ok ham, cheese, and salami wrap, a bag of chips, and a good slice of cake. I also had some hot chocolate. ^_^
I poked in the bookstore for a while, and then went to Leadership.
All we did in Leadership was hang up the poster. Some of the other girls held the poster, and I tied it on the banister with the yarn.
After that, we left.
I went back to my room and poked on the computer for a while.
Well, that's about all for today! ^_^

He also said that he might round up people who need one point from a letter grade if they participated in class, such as asking questions. XD Since he joked about me always having a question to ask a while back, I think I'm good on participation. XD

I had some Accounting homework to do, and the computer labs in the building were full, so I went back to my room and did it. I also poked on the computer for a bit.
Then I headed to the buffet place to eat. I got a ham and cheese wrap, saffron rice, macaroni and cheese, peanut butter bars, and cookies. The twins were there, and they waved me over to sit with them. ^_^ I enjoyed talking with them, it was a lot of fun!
I then headed on to Leadership. Leadership was ok, at first we thought our die-cuts we made last week were lost, but we found them. Our leader bought some white paper, and I bought some green paper. We made the poster, and it looks pretty cool. I didn't have a lot to do with putting the poster together, they had ideas different than mine. But, I bought the paper to make the tree, so I wasn't completely useless. ^_^
After that, I headed to the computer lab building. I talked to Mom for a bit, and then poked on the computer until it was time for the Beta club social.
I ate one slice of cheese pizza. I sat behind the pizzas, and some guys asked me questions about the pizza. I did my best to answer them. XD
My friend from my Health class came, and we bowled with a couple other girls. Though, they went and bowled with someone else part of the way through. Me and my friend didn't bowl so well. XD While we were bowling, my name got drawn for a prize. I could choose a gift certificate from 2 Blockbuster ones, a Starbucks one, and an iTunes one. I chose the $15 iTunes one, I figured that it would be the most useful, for if I didn't find anything, I'm sure my Mom and Sister will. XD
Then, me and my friend went and played Billards. I wasn't very good at it. XD We chatted and stuff while we played, it was pretty cool. ^_^
Then it was time for a group picture. I stood next to a pretty tall guy, and he patted me on the head for some reason. XD They had a few more drawings, and then it was time to go.
Me and my friend put our Billards stuff away. She waved and said goodbye to the guy that patted me on the head, so I'm wondering if he confused me and her. We both have straight brown hair and glasses. The lighting wasn't that great were we were standing for the picture. XD
My friend was hungry, so she got something to eat at the food court. While I was waiting for her, I put on my hat, scarf, and gloves. ^_^
Then, we walked back to our dorm.
I called Mom to tell her that I won the gift certificate. ^_^
Then, I spent a while on the computer.

XD While we were bowling, my name got drawn for a prize. I could choose a gift certificate from 2 Blockbuster ones, a Starbucks one, and an iTunes one. I chose the $15 iTunes one, I figured that it would be the most useful, for if I didn't find anything, I'm sure my Mom and Sister will. XD
Then, me and my friend went and played Billards. I wasn't very good at it. XD We chatted and stuff while we played, it was pretty cool. ^_^
Then it was time for a group picture. I stood next to a pretty tall guy, and he patted me on the head for some reason. XD They had a few more drawings, and then it was time to go.
Me and my friend put our Billards stuff away. She waved and said goodbye to the guy that patted me on the head, so I'm wondering if he confused me and her. We both have straight brown hair and glasses. The lighting wasn't that great were we were standing for the picture. XD
My friend was hungry, so she got something to eat at the food court. While I was waiting for her, I put on my hat, scarf, and gloves. ^_^
Then, we walked back to our dorm.
I called Mom to tell her that I won the gift certificate. ^_^
Then, I spent a while on the computer.

Oct. 30th, 2007 10:18 pmI had problems sleeping last night. The noisy people next door, and my roommate's bright screensaver didn't help any. I eventually closed her laptop, and the people next door eventually quieted down.
Today was pretty busy.
Rome class went on like usual, though it seemed that the teacher didn't keep things in order very much. >_<
Accounting was ok, we did some problems.
Economics was kinda meh. We had a clicker quiz, and I missed several questions. I just couldn't think of how to do them. I'm really glad we get half credit for every question we answer, even if it's wrongly. We also discussed our case study due Thursday. I gotta finish it tomorrow.
After class, I went to the computer lab to print stuff to study for tomorrow and to do my Accounting homework.
Then, I went to eat at the buffet place. They had Halloween decorations up, inflatable Grim Reaper, Spider, and Frankenstien, orange lights, spooky pictures, and other things. ^_^ I got a ham and cheese wrap and got it grilled by accident. XD I also had a bag of Lay's chips, some cake, and two brownies. Everything was pretty good.
After that, it was time for Leadership. We met in a new place to make posters. But, people were confused about stuff, and the die cut room didn't have any paper. Me and the leader went to get paper and markers from her office. After I got back, we worked on making die cuts.
Then, I went back to my room and called Mom. She said that Memaw was doing really well, almost better than normal! She got a new pain medicine that lasts longer, and it doesn't make her nauseous. ^_^
After that, it was time for me to meet in the lobby with people going to see Jeff Corwin speak. ^_^
The place was really crowded, so we had to sit in the balcony. It was hard to see him at times, and I couldn't take a picture.
Before he spoke, there were several humorous video clips of some of his adventures.
He talked about when he was 6 years old, he discovered a snake in his grandfather's woodpile, and he grabbed it, it bit him, and he brought it into the house. His grandmother told him to get rid of it, and he replied no, he loved it. XD He then spent a lot of time watching snakes, and that's how he learned about nature. He decided he wanted to go into conservation when he saw a neighbor kill a snake.
His grandmother died of cancer.
He also talked about his experiences with elephants, there was one incident where one charged, he stood his ground, but the camera crew ran. The elephant chased the camera crew, and they drove off in the truck. Poor Jeff was left alone. XD The elephant poked him in the jungle, but later went away. XD He also talked about once, in a jungle, his camera crew had been silently followed by a whole herd of elephants, that later decided to poke his crew. XD Jeff also talked about the night he spent with a sleeping orphaned baby elephant at an elephant orphanage.
He also discussed problems humans have caused for the enviroment. There's a certain type of bird, that when it gets malaria, its beak falls off! Malaria was introduced by humans into that area. Jeff once saw the last Honey Creeper bird, and it later died of malaria.
Jeff answered a lot of questions from the audience, and ended up signing a boy's shoe. XD
I think he had somewhere to go, because he didn't stay long for pictures.
After that, I got my stuff signed to prove I was there, then I headed back with my group to the dorm.

I fought with a couple problems for a while, and when I looked at other things, I realized what I had messed up. I felt pretty stupid about that. XD There were some that I also had problems with, but I used the multiple choice answers to find what I think was the right answer. XD
Economics was ok, we did some problems and stuff that was a little confusing.
It was two hours until Leadership, and since I knew if I went back to my room, I wouldn't want to go out again, I hung out at the buffet place.
For lunch, I had some chicken and a hot dog with cheese sauce. There were some weird green things in the cheese that tasted odd, so I scooped them out. XD I also had a cup of hot chocolate, and sipped it while working on some homework.
I went up to leadership about 10 minutes early. Some of my friends were hanging around nearby, so I chatted with them until it was time to start.
Leadership was boring. We decided that next week we are going to the educational lab to make posters. We also got T-Shirts, since we couldn't decide if we were going to use our budget or pay for them ourselves. Our leader finally said that if we wanted shirts, they had some leadership ones. XD So,she brought them to us. XD
After leadership, I chatted with my friends for a few minutes, then headed back to my dorm.
At my room, I finished up my homework. I also looked at the HTML editor for my presentation tomorrow. Then I did a bit on my Health project, adding symbols and stuff to my Dad's side of the family.
I talked to Mom. Her and my Sister are out of town for one of my Sister's clubs. She talked to Pappaw, and said that Memaw seemed to be doing a little better today. Yay!
I then got on the computer for a while.

Chaos and Anarchy
Oct. 16th, 2007 10:42 pm(Today's entry's title comes from my 11th grade English teacher. If there was a lot of noise and stuff in the hallway, he'd say, "There's chaos and anarchy going on out there!")
So, today was really busy.
First, I went to class.
My Rome class went along like usual, kinda boring.
Accounting was ok, we worked through some problems.
In Economics, we did some new stuff that was a bit confusing.
After class, I went to eat at the food court. I got a piece of pizza that was really good, and I decided to get another. But the second piece was falling apart and didn't taste that great, so I gave up on it.
I then went back to my room and poked on the computer briefly until it was time for my leadership group.
In the leadership group, we just discussed our plans and ideas.
I got back to the room and did some Accounting problems.
I then got on the computer for a short while, and called Mom. Mom said she'd call me back soon.
Well, it got dark, and I was going to an event at 7:30, so I rushed out of the room and to the building before the sun completely set.
Mom called, and a whole lot has been going on.
First, Dad cut his ear at work really bad and had to have stitches.
Second, she had a rough day with Memaw and Pappaw. Pappaw was really tired because of Memaw's snoring. There was chaos at the doctor's office, Memaw's blood wasn't acting right with the machine, so she's going to have to go back and give more blood for tests. They went to get Memaw a wig because her hair will probably fall out. Mom says that the wig looks a lot like what Memaw's hair used to look like years ago. The lady spent a while fixing the wig to fit Memaw's head, and Mom said that afterwards, Pappaw said that the lady took so long, she must have blessed every stitch.
I'm doing a project for my Health class where we have to know our family's diseases and stuff. Mom found out that when Pappaw was four years old, he had a three month old baby sister that died of pnumonia. He loved his baby sister and stayed at her grave when she was buried. His family went on, not realizing he was left behind, and they had to go back and get him. So sad...
Then it was time for the event. I thought it was just going to be a speaker that maybe played one or two songs, and just talk about his instrument, but instead it was a 2 hour concert with 4 band members. XD It was really, really, really awesome! I even heard people saying it was the best concert they've ever been to. XD The leader of the band was named Mamadou Diabate. I got all the band members to sign a poster I picked up afterwards. ^_^
I then got a police guy to walk me back to my dorm. He said that tonight had been unusually busy.
Back in my dorm, I got on the computer for a while.

My Rome class was boring as usual. I got a 79 on my midterm, and nobody got an A. My best section was the one about Roman gods, I got 9 and part of a point out of 10. XD I think my teacher wrote that I had a good answer, but his writing was very hard to decipher. XD He also pointed out spelling and grammer errors, but didn't count off for them. XD
Accounting wasn't too bad, we talked about problems and stuff.
Economics was okay, we talked about the case studies we had turned in. I got a 90. 90 was the lowest grade, 7 people got it. 3 people got 98, 97, and 95. XD It's a small class of 10. There used to be 11, but the other person dropped. XD
I went back to my room for a bit, and then headed to eat.
I got meatball pasta and a breadstick. It was pretty good. ^_^ Though, it kinda made my stomach not happy, so I got some chocolate mints to help that. ^_^ Chocolate mints are good. XD
I then headed on to leadership. Our leader said that 5 people couldn't come, and since we didn't have to meet last week, but we didn anyways, we could take today off. XD So, we did.
I then headed to the library. I poked on the computer for a while, then headed off to my meeting.
Honors students have to go to a meeting about Honors stuff. It's usually boring, with the people reading off a PowerPoint. Luckily, a couple of my friends were there, so we kept each other entertained during it. ^_^ We also got a free pen, yay. XD

After a bit, Pappaw called on Mom's phone and we chatted a little. He seemed appreciative that I called to wish him Happy Birthday.
I worked on my homework. When I was nearly done, Mom called. She had had a long day with Memaw and Pappaw. Memaw is doing well, but her doctor seemed a bit nuts and not very good. There was other chaos and stuff as well.

After leadership, I went back to my room and did some Accounting homework.
I talked to my Mom, today is her birthday. She spent it with her mom, who is my Memaw, in the hospital. Mom said that Memaw has been looking better, but she's been sick most of the day, they think her pain medicine makes her nauseated.
They got Memaw a wheelchair of her very own, but it seems that the guy who brought it from the store smoked all the way there, so it stunk really bad. >_<
Mom also said that poor Memaw has two broken ribs.
I really hope Memaw gets better soon...
At 7:50, I was in the lobby and me, my RA, and a friend went to the Beta Club meeting. My RA remembered that it was induction night for the new members, so once she signed in, she left because it usually takes so long. XD
Well, it didn't take long at all this time. Instead of calling everyone up by name and lining people up, and having a speaker, and saying the pledge, all they did was have the newbies to stand up and say the pledge. XD
After the meeting, me and my friend went back to the dorm.
I then played on the computer.

I dropped my stuff off at my room and turned on my computer to save time later. The Internet Nazi declared that there was an update, so I updated it, but it wouldn't let me get on the Internet. I restarted my computer, but no luck again. So, I uninstalled it and then reinstalled it, and finally got my Internet back.
I then went to eat.
I was hoping for bacon pasta, but no luck.
Though, I was also looking forward to playing with some vanilla ice cream at the buffet place. See, many, many, many years ago, Baskin Robbins had an ice cream that, to my memory, was vanilla ice cream with Nerds candy in it. I think it was named after Tiny Toons or something. XD Anyways, I decided that I was gonna try to recreate it, and I got a box of Nerds.
For lunch, I had a really, really great ham, cheese, salami, and hummus on white sub bread. I liked it even better than my usual ham and cheese wrap. I also had a mini peanut butter and jelly sandwich and lemon bars. I loved the lemon bars before, and now they've changed them, and I don't know which one is better! XD I also had my vanilla ice cream that I poured Nerds into. I got the rainbow Nerds because I think the ones that were in the Tiny Toons ice cream were all different colors. Well, my ice cream was just ok. I think our school's ice cream is mediocre, and the original ice cream actually had the Nerds all mixed in, where I poured them on and stirred the best I could. XD
I then went to phase 3 of my leadership group. We mostly introduced ourselves and talked about what phase 3 was about. Our leader also mentioned that there now is a phase 4 in testing. Our meeting only lasted about 30 minutes.
I went back to my room, and my roommate was asleep. I quietly played on the computer and got my homework stuff out.
I flipped through my readings, it isn't going to be discussed until Thursday, and I won't remember any of it if I read it now. XD
I did my Accounting practice problems.
I then worked on my Excel project. It took a long time, I had to fix a few of my tables and then use the tables and charts to write a report about the information.
Then, I talked to my Mom. While we spoke, I learned that the pastor of the church we used to go to died. He was in really bad shape, and we knew it was coming, but it's still really sad. A few days ago, he went into cardiac arrest, and there was a rumor that he had died. But, he didn't, yet, he just never recovered from it, and passed away peacefully. He had made a big impact on many people in our town, and Mom said the town was in uproar. Visitation is on Wednesday until midnight.
It's weird, being an hour away from home, and knowing that big things are happening there. I felt somewhat of the same way when a really awful tornado passed nearby, and I was watching on TV the remains of places I had been to or had seen. Luckily, my family was unhurt during that.
People dying has also been a bit odd for me too, I haven't known many people who have died, but most of them, it's like they are there one day, and the next they're gone. There was a guy in one of my classes one of my first semesters here. We didn't talk much, and one day, my teacher said that he had been in a car wreck and had died. It was really strange and sad.
Well, that's about all for today.
I got up around the usual time.
Rome class was ok like usual, except there were a few more questions about the reading. It was kinda hard to get through, so I had a few questions too.
Accounting was ok as well, we just did some problems mostly.
Economics was ok too, we talked about a few things in Excel and took some notes.
I dropped my stuff off at my room and turned on my computer to save time later. The Internet Nazi declared that there was an update, so I updated it, but it wouldn't let me get on the Internet. I restarted my computer, but no luck again. So, I uninstalled it and then reinstalled it, and finally got my Internet back.
I then went to eat.

I got out of Accounting really early because there wasn't much to talk about and the air conditioning wasn't working. I got out of MicroEconomics somewhat early, we just had a test review.
I worked on my Accounting homework and got it done. ^_^
While I was working on the homework, my friend from Leadership called me to set up a meeting time to go to the Leadership Banquet.
After I was done with my homework, I went back to my room, I played on my computer. I tried to add some songs to my MP3 player, but my computer wasn't acting right.
I went to meet my friend, and we got there about the same time. We had to wait for another girl, so we chatted. We're going to try to play video games sometime next semester together, and she wants me to help her with Kingdom Hearts 2. Well, the girl didn't show up, so she called her, and we decided to meet in the parking lot instead.
So, we got there, and she was waiting for us, so we all got in the red truck.
I was the only person who had been to the restaurant, and that was over a year ago at night. XD So, we had a little bit of a problem finding it, but we did eventually.
The restaurant is pretty nice. There were a few people there, but we weren't the last ones there.
Dinner consisted of a salad, bread, steak meat stuff, vegetables, potato wedges, chicken, and chocolate cake. ^_^ It was all pretty good, and I ate everything, because I hadn't eat all day. XD
We got a group picture that we had taken before and a tile commerating the end of Phase 2. Then, we all took a group picture together, and our leader said that he'd email it to us.
So, my and my friends went back to campus, and I went back to my room.
I finally was able to put the songs on my MP3 player, and I was happy. ^_^
I called my Mom and played Animal Crossing, then played on my computer.

My classes were a bit boring, and I got a C on my MicroEconomics test.
After my classes, I went back to my dorm.
A couple weeks ago, we all got flyers saying that today the college would change the way we get on the Internet. We would have to download something that makes sure your computer doesn't have viruses and stuff. I was a bit nervous about this, because my computer has been acting glitchy, and even though my scans hadn't picked up anything, this new thing might and then I wouldn't be able to get on the Internet.
So, while I started up my computer and waited for it to load, I also waited for a friend from leadership to call. Last week, we had discussing getting together today to play games, and she was going to call me after her classes that ended at the same time mine did.
So, once my computer started up, I downloaded the Clean Access Agent, and installed it. It got to work, and said that my computer couldn't get on the Internet because I didn't have the Automatic Updates on.
I turned the Automatic Updates off because EVERY day they download the same 6 or 7 things that NEVER install. And, when it decides that something important needs to be installed, it prompts me to restart. If I ignore it, it comes back in 10 minutes. Repeat until I either get bored of telling it no, or I'm done with my computer.
So, I attempt to turn the Automatic Updates on, but my computer glitches. I can't access it, and the clock is frozen, like usual. In the meanwhile, the Clean Access Agent is counting down, telling me I only have an hour to download things.
Eventually, after close to 30 minutes, my computer decides to work again. I turn the Automatic Updates on, and the Clean Access Agent is happy and allows me on the Internet.
The Clean Access Agent is a Computer Nazi. It doesn't check for viruses, it just makes sure that you are running your computer like the college wants you to. Virus scans, automatic updates, etc.
So, after getting the Computer Nazi to allow me on the Internet, it was a little less than an hour after my friend said she would call me, so I called her.
We chatted nicely, then she was like, "Were we supposed to meet today?" I said "Perhaps." I didn't want to be mean, and we also hadn't decided if we were going to meet, she was supposed to call me. We chatted for a bit, and then she said that she had to go take her shower and get ready for leadership. This was 2 hours before leadership was going to start. We said goodbye and hung up.
So, that being cancelled, I poked around on my computer for a while. Then it started to rain really hard. The rain continued for a while, but stopped after about 45 minutes or so.
An hour before leadership was supposed to start, I left my room, it was now sunny, and I went to eat. I brought my information from last night and some pictures they asked us to bring.
I looked at the pasta place, and they had bacon, yay!
After I got my pasta and breadstick, I went to sit where I had placed my papers, and then I saw one of my friends.
So, I gathered up my stuff and went to sit with him. We chatted for a bit, and then he read me some depressing poems he had just written, and one from a while back. When it was close to time for me to leave, another friend came to sit with us. So, I chatted with him for a bit, and then had to go to leadership.
At leadership, we made scrapbook pages with the pictures and stuff we brought. Mom had given me 5 pictures, and I managed to fit them all on there, with some space for my name, a balloon, and a smiley face. Some people liked my page because it had so many pictures on it.
While we worked on our pages, people got up and talked about their outside diversity activities. Some people had posters, and most of the did something really interesting. Mine was boring and long, and I told our leader that, so he said that I could just summarize. So, I gave a brief summary about the lecture I went to.
Afterwards, I went back to my room, talked to my Mom, and played Animal Crossing.
When I was done with that, I spent some time goofing off on the computer and getting songs ready to put on my MP3 player.
