Home Again, Home Again, Jiggity Jig
Aug. 9th, 2010 10:06 pmWell, I'm back at home from my awesome weekend. ^_^
On Sunday, me, Alicia, Eric, and David went to eat at a Japanese restaurant. Autumn got on her lunch break and joined us. ^_^ It was fun, and the food was yummy. Though, I need to find something else to order, I get a bowl of Udon Shrimp soup, but I spend most of my time winding noodles on my fork. XD I never each much of it and I always get full before the bowl even looks barely dented. XD
After that, Autumn went back to work, and the rest of us went to a local game shop. We looked at stuff and talked to the owner. I got a DND mini, a Medium Copper Dragon, it's cute. ^_^
When we were done there, we went back to David's to hang out for a bit. We played Munchkin Fu, then Alicia and Eric had to go. They told me about an anime they thought I would like, it's called Secret Maid. After they left, I hung out with David for a bit, Dad wasn't coming for another hour or so.
When it got close to time when Dad said he'd call, David took me back to Daniel's so he could give Dad directions when he called. Me and Daniel hung out for a bit, we talked and he showed me Starcraft 2. It's a very pretty game, the graphics are AMAZING. Dad called after a while and got directions, and a bit later he arrived. He talked with Daniel for a bit, and then we left to go back home.
On the way home, we stopped to get gas and pick up a few things at Kroger.
Soon after we were home, my Sister's boyfriend came over to finish Higurashi. We're talking about maybe tracking down the second season to all watch together, since it doesn't appear to be coming to America. I might suggest Darker Than Black for our next one, I've got the first disc, and if everybody likes it, I can get the full series. ^_^
After he left, we got caught up on a little TV.
Today, we got caught up on more TV.
I played more HeartGold, I beat the Lake of Rage event and the 7th Gym Leader. I trained for a little bit to get Feraligatr up to level 60 and I might train a little more before I do the Goldenrod City Team Rocket event. Also, my Scyther is super-awesome, it's really great! ^_^
I'm hoping to get the National Dex before we leave on our trip, but we're leaving Saturday night, so it's going to be a bit of a crunch. However, since we're driving, I'll have plenty of time to complete it, and we're getting back before the event ends, so I should be able to make it. ^_^ If I get close, I think I can download the event and just not access the prize until I get the NatDex. ^_^
