Fun Times ^_^
Jul. 19th, 2010 09:11 pmI've had a pretty good past few days.
This weekend was pretty lazy, we didn't do much.
Me and Dad played Mario Golf for a while, it was fun. ^_^
We visited Grandma and Grandpa on Sunday. Grandma was doing some better, but she still has pain. :( And the police report is wrong, and that's upsetting Grandpa, so they've got to find a way to take care of it. :|
I haven't been sleeping well again. :| And when I do sleep, I have weird dreams. XD
Our air conditioner killed itself again. :| About a year ago was when it happened the first time. Except this time, I knew what to do, when I heard the thunking, I ran to turn off the air conditioner. Dad looked at it, and one of the fan blades was broke in half and another was cracked. He thought he could fix it, so Mom looked up where to get the parts. One of the places Dad called wouldn't sell him the part because he wasn't an official repair person. But, he found another place that sold them, so he went and got it.
He was going to be gone for a while, so he told us to go ahead and eat. I had a cheese pizza, and we didn't let it burn, but it didn't cook 100% so it was still kinda soft and soooo wonderful. ^_^
We went to the library tonight, but I didn't help out, I went to play at Teen Night. XD It was Pirate Game Night. ^_^ Maddie made a cake, it was yellow with chocolate icing, and it was sooo good! We did pirate lingo trivia and made rubber duck boats for boat races. XD My boat was small and it didn't do so well, but it was fun. XD The boats were made out of paper and duct tape. XD We also got bandannas, and that was cool. ^_^ We also played a game where there were 2 teams of three, and 2 people on each team were blindfolded with their bandannas, and the person that wasn't blindfolded directed the others to throw water balloons at the other team. XD I got hit with 3 water balloons, but they bounced off, so I didn't get too wet. ^_^ We went back inside and hung out and played Good News, Bad News, and we invented a cross between a Chihuahua and an Alpaca, dubbed Chiumas (pronounced Cha-wamas XD). Maddie's mom was a little late in picking her up, so me and Mom talked to her and waited with her. ^_^ Tomorrow we'll have to go in early, and Mom needed more people to help, so Maddie said she would, so I'm looking forward to it now. ^_^
