Fun Weekend
Apr. 19th, 2010 08:45 pmThis weekend was pretty good.
Saturday, I met my Sister's new boyfriend. He seems pretty okay. We went to Cici's, and me and him talked. He liked talking about World of Warcraft. XD I only know a little about the game, pretty much what I picked up from my friends and that one book I read. XD After we ate, we went to Wal-Mart. It was fun, we hung out and we found one of those foot machines that see how you put pressure on your feet. I was assigned the foot thing 120. XD My Sister's boyfriend has a Tomb Raider Jeep.
On Sunday, Mom took my Sister and her boyfriend up to college. Me and Dad hung out at home, we had breakfast for lunch. We went to see Clash of the Titans. It was okay, the opening in space was really pretty. Perseus annoyed me because he looked like some Army guy dropped straight out of something like The Bourne Identity. The olive-green shirt/tunic/whatever didn't help either, he just looked like some dude stuck in Greece. Zeus' and crew's stupid shiny armor annoyed me. It was too ridiculously shiny. There was a lot of cool things, Pegasus, Naga!Medusa, giant scorpions, dudes that ride of the giant scorpions, and the Kraken.
Me and Dad played Pokemon Rumble for a bit. ^_^
We watched two old movies, The Thing From Another World and Earth Vs. The Spider. They were pretty amusing because they were so old, Earth Vs. The Spider was especially so, because the spider screamed as it went along. XD
Today was pretty good, we ate at a little restaurant, I had country-fried steak, green beans, mashed potatoes, and a roll. Me and Mom shared a piece of fudge pie. ^_^
:| I've got a bunch of bruises on my legs and I keep finding more. A lot of them are from Friday when me and Mom were running around and moving stuff. But there's some I can't account for, like this huge one on the back of my knee. :| The big bruise is on the back of my left knee and sometimes it hurts and sometimes my lower leg hurts. I'm a little worried, so I'm keeping an eye on the situation.
*flails* I got me a female Combee on my first try on Global Pokedex Plus. <3 <3 <3 <3 <3
Icons I need to make/find:
Yukino - Was able to make 2 for My-HiME Orihime.
Orihime - Not really sure what I'm looking for for her.
Curly Brace - Have 6 made from official art, maybe need to try and find the Beta art again. Will possibly need fanart and use somebody's body from Bleach to finish out the set.
Momo - I don't even know what I'm looking for here. :|
Land Shaymin - Need to either redownload the movie or screenshot from my DVD.
Sky Shaymin - Need to either redownload the movie or screenshot from my DVD.
Togekiss - Will be in episodes of Pokemon, so I just need to wait.
Renamon - Find either screenshots or downloads of Season 3.
Leopardmon - Find either screenshots or downloads of Season 5. He wasn't in too many episodes.
Ran'Tao - I have all the screenshots, just need to actually get down to iconing.
James - Probably make icons from the movies, the animation is usually better.
Joshua-sama - Find a place to download or watch V online that isn't ABC. ABC goes to an ad when you pause. :|
