Library Day
May. 27th, 2008 11:12 pmToday we got up early to help at the library. Well, except for Dad, he was sleeping.
We went to Burger King for breakfast, yay~! ^_^
Even though it was the first day of the library Summer reading program, things were slow, so I found a quiet spot and read a book about birds. Mom said they only ended up with about half the normal number of registrations. But, the Mr. Bruce the magician is doing two shows at the library, and he's always popular, so maybe everyone was waiting for that. XD
I started another book about birds and Dad came to pick up me and my Sister.
At home, I had ramen for lunch.
After Dad went to work, we watched some of the critters outside. Some ducks came to visit, there was the baby bunny, one of the other rabbits, squirrels, and all sorts of birds. Much fun. XD
I later holed up in Dad's room with my computer and the second bird book. I finished the book among checking for posts on Gaia. I'm in a new 1 on 1 RP that is pretty much awesome. Since I have a good partner, I'm able to do huge posts, and one of the last ones took me around 30 minutes to type up. ^_^ The only downfall is that my partner is a slow poster, they seem to have a bunch of other RPs going on. But, the wait is so worth it. <3
