Fun With Friends
May. 2nd, 2008 05:08 pmWow...the last two days have been busy, and it will continue to be that way for a bit...
Thursday...
English class was okay, we turned in our stuff and did a questionaire. Need to remember to e-mail my teacher what I thought about my group members...
Computer class was pretty good, I did pretty well on my test, and I think I have a 92 in the class, huzzah!
I hung around to see if Legal was going to meet, and me and another guy were there, and when the teacher saw us, he said we were some of his favorite students. We chatted very briefly and he left. The other student told me that the grades were online, so I checked, and I got a 93 on the last test and have a 91 in the class. Yay! ^_^
I grabbed lunch and ate it back at my dorm.
Alicia said she'd meet whoever was going with her in the main area, so when it was close to time, I grabbed a snack while I waited. I went to Subway to get some cookies for Alicia, and the nice lady said I could go around the other people, and the nice guy gave me the cookies for free. ^_^
Alicia called me and heard my phone and recognized my jacket, so she snuck up behind me and said, "Turn around." XD I did and was surprised to see her. XD
She couldn't get in contact with Jessica, so only Saavak rode with us to Brittany's.
At Brittany's, Kat, Moshi, Alicia, Brittany, Saavak, Nickel, and me played some games until Ami and Fallon arrived. We did some other stuff, then we left for the dance club. Ami drove Moshi, Brittany, and me. She had some cool random music that we listened to.
We got a bit lost on our way to the club, but quickly realized what had happened.
We got to jump ahead of the line and get in free to the club, because we were a bachelorette party. XD
First, we hung out at the kareoke place, that was cool. We watched some people sing and a good bunch of my friends sang, too. Then we wandered into a bizarre dance place, and me, Alicia, and Ami got seperated from the others. They quickly came back, though. Then we went to the roof. That was pretty awesome, it overlooked the river, and we saw a barge with gravel. XD Ami played a little bit of Phoenix Wright, just so she could say that she had done so at a dance club. XD We then wandered back to the kareoke place, and then to a small area that had a couple of couches. I chatted with Saavak about a story she was writing, and she said that all her friends were going to be characters in it, and that there were questions to answer pertaining to our characters on Facebook. XD We then went back to the kareoke place, and Kat wanted to sing Thriller for her birthday. XD I sat with Saavak and Ami during that. A guy came up and talked to Saavak, I was watching the others sing and dance. During all the kareoke sessions, it was fun to watch Kat, she had some great facial expressions. XD I asked what had happened when he was gone, and Saavak put her arm around me and said, "As far as that guy knows, you're my girlfriend." XD XD XD We joked about that for a bit (she really does like girls though).
After that, it was time to leave, so we all went to the cars. It took a while to get back to Brittany's and we stopped for gas and had to wait on the others for a while. I was tired and had a few random thoughts such as that RPing Arrancar!Byakuya would be completely awesome and that I am probably a Quincy (from Bleach) because in elementary school, I made a working bow and arrow set out of pencils, a rubber band, and some tape. XD Once everyone got there, Ami and I headed back to campus. Ami walked me most of the way to my dorm, even though she was really tired. ^_^ She's nice like that.
By the time I got everything done, I got to bed sometime after 5. XD
I had a completely bizarre dream this morning inbetween the seven minutes of Sleep mode on my alarm, and I think my roommate talking on the phone. It was about me and Autumn discussing Bleach fanfiction, and she apparently had written something that paired her and Ichigo, and I was being grumpy and defensive about it. XD I haven't seen Autumn in a while, but Ami is her roommate. XD
Geology today was pretty cool, we had a quiz, I think I missed one question on it, and we talked about sinkholes and waves. XD
After Geology, me and Dave-sempai had planned to meet to go see Ironman. It started raining, and I wasn't sure exactly where we were supposed to me, so I was wandering around the sidewalk. He came up and poked me, and showed me where he had parked. We got a little lost, because he wasn't used to driving around town, and the rain made it hard to see (his windshield wipers weren't working, they had gotten frozen months ago and died). Once we got there, he dropped me off at the door so I wouldn't get too wet. He insisted on paying for my ticket, so I bought him candy. XD We were a little late, but didn't miss much of anything. XD The movie was really, really awesome. There were a lot of things I laughed at, the special effects were great, and I liked the guy's robots that had personality. XD On the way back to campus, we chatted about comic books and stuff, he had read the Ironman comics when he was little, and I hadn't, so he was talking about how awesome it was to see it in a movie. He also gave me another music CD. He then dropped me off at the main building, I hadn't had lunch yet. He said that we could go see a movie again sometime and gave me his number. We saw Fries, so we talked to him for a bit.
I went to eat Subway and got a drink from the food court. Autumn was there, and she was getting lunch, so I said we should eat together. XD We went upstairs and ate and chatted. She asked if I was doing anything tonight, and I said no, and she said that I should come to the cheap bowling night, she didn't know if anyone else was going. I said that I might, I probably will, but you never know if something will come up, and it's been stormy. I told her I had a dream about us discussing fanfiction, and she asked about what, and I told her Bleach. She laughed at this and said she had only watched one episode of Bleach ever. XD
I then headed back to my room and poked on the computer for a while.
