Very Interesting Day...
Mar. 29th, 2007 05:20 pmWell, today has been very interesting...
First, I accidentally got up about an hour earlier than I meant to. XD So, with my extra time, I played Animal Crossing early. By the time I was done with that, it was nearly time that I usually get up, so I headed on to my class. I usually get there about 45 minutes or so early, so about 15 more wouldn't hurt.
So, once I got there, I sat down and opened my backpack to get my book. There was no book. >_< I finished the other book I was reading, and when I put a new one in my backpack, apparently, I put it in my other backpack. XD So, not having anything else to do, I hung out in the computer lab for a while.
Accounting was ok, I got a 7 out of 10 on the last quiz that we took. Then, we had another pop quiz today. This is how it went. Our teacher told us to get out a piece of paper, and write our names on it. Then he said that we now had a 10 point quiz as a bonus for showing up. XD We turned in our "quizzes" and left.
At MicroEconomics, we got our tests back, I got an 18 out of 20 on it, yay! ^_^ The rest of the class was a little boring.
Afterwards, I went and did my Accounting online homework problem. I went to see what the food was at the cafeteria place, but there was no list, and the only foods shown were a brownie and two rice krispie treats. XD So, I headed on to the Food Court.
On my way to the Food Court, I turned on my phone, and it said there was a message. It was from Memaw, and she wanted me to call her as soon as possible.
So, I called her, and since my mom, dad, and sister are going out of town, Memaw and Pappaw wanted to know if I wanted to spend the weekend with them. I said sure! Only problem is the French project.
Near the beginning of the year, our French teacher had us split into pairs and get an idea of what we wanted to work on. Only problem was that my partner dropped the class. So, one class period, he found out who lost their partners and paired us up. Only problem was that my partner ran out of the classroom before I had a chance to talk to them, so I didn't even know who they were.
So, Wednesday, our teacher said that we'd be going to the lab to work on the project again on Friday, and this girl turned to me and asked if we were partners, and I replied that I didn't know. She thinks that we are, and she seems like the girl that I was assigned to, but I'll see Friday.
Since I don't know this person, I don't know if she'll wanna work on the project this weekend or what. Hopefully not.
So, the plan is, that if she wants to work on it this weekend, I'll suggest Sunday afternoon, since Memaw and Pappaw were going to take me home then.
So, since I was near my dorm, I stopped by and dropped my backpack off, and got my stuff ready for my anime club. I packed my CD player (which I haven't used yet), the DVD my friend let me borrow, and my hard drive. I found the rest of the anime series like the DVD, and my friend wants me to give it to her. XD As far as I know, I'm the only person in the club that has the whole anime. I'm special. ^_^
So, I left my bag of anime stuff, and went to go to the Food Court.
On my way out of the dorm, I saw a note on the door.
It talked about how they weren't ignoring the requests, but the boiler is messed up, and they have to do all this stuff to get it fixed, and like hand work it or something. They said that hot water would be sporadic for the coming days.
>_< Great, I hope I get some of that random hot water tonight, after my anime club.
So, I went to the Food Court, and several of my friends were outside, so I chatted with them for a bit, before going to get food.
Well, I had lost track of time, and it was an hour before closing. >_< So, all the warm food places were closed, like the tacos that I had wanted. XD So, I got some blueberry yogurt and some Frosted Flakes with milk. XD
So, I headed outside to eat and chat. When I was done with my food, I left, because there was some stuff on the Internet I needed to do before my anime club.
So, I went back to my dorm and grabbed my bag of stuff and headed out to the computer lab.
I'm on Neopets, and this month they're doing a games challenge where you have a score to beat every day. Well, I had gotten behind, so I went to catch up. After I did so, I played today's game for double points, because I like it. ^_^
So, then I called mom, because they're leaving on their trip soon. We talked for a bit, and I told her about my day. ^_^
Now, I'm in the computer lab, waiting for my anime club to start. ^_^
Hopefully, there will be more people this week. XD
