Ah, nothing much to report today either, so I'm going to post an RP setup that I made. ^_^

What is Beyblade?

Beyblade is an extreme sport that involves launching special tops at each other in arenas. The tops have several parts to them that are customizable. Each top has a guardian spirit monster, called a BitBeast, that can be summoned during battle for special attacks and more damage. The tops are called Beyblades, and the owner of the Beyblade is a Beyblader, or just blader. You win a battle by: your Beyblade knocking your opponent's out of the arena, your Beyblade spinning longer than your opponent's, and your Beyblade staying intact, while your opponent's has broken or fallen apart from too much damage.

What is Pokemon?

Pokemon are creatures that often battle. Each Pokemon has an elemental aligning that is weaker and stronger than various other elements. Pokemon can be captured by humans in objects called Pokeballs, and the Pokemon can be let in and out. Humans can command Pokemon in battle by telling them what attacks to use, and just giving advice and support. Not all Pokemon battle though, some are just happy to be pets.

Story

One day, a group of friends who had been Beyblading together for a long time, were practicing some new battle moves outside. These friends had been teammates and occasionly rivals in Beyblade battles, but they always remained friends. At one point, they were known as the Bladebreaker team. Their names were: Tyson, Max, Ray, and Kai. They had another friend, named Kenny, who had a laptop that analyzed Beyblade battles. Kenny knew just about everything about Beyblade, and had even repaired and created new Beyblades for his friends. Today, Kenny had been researching the history of Beyblade, and had found some very interesting data. He ran over to his friends, "Hey guys, look at this information I found! It tells how the Pokemon became Bitbeasts! It turns out that they were once creatures that walked and lived on the earth!" "No way!" said Tyson, "Is that really true?" Kenny nodded, "Just read this site!" he said, "It even has some old alien transmissions that tells why the Pokemon turned into BitBeasts!" "That is so cool!" said Max as the others gathered around the laptop and began to read:

Korek transmission to the Korek soldiers
*************************************************

The glorious Korek Empire has spotted a weaking planet in a small system that is vunerable to attack. The inhabitants of this planet are many, with some clustered civilations of one type of creature, and other creatures of varying powers that live in the wilds. We will be launching a full scale invasion to take over this puny planet and further the Korek Empire! Every planet conquered brings us closer to being the ultimate rulers of the universe! Ready the spaceships and report to the Command Center for further instruction. Victory will be ours!

Tyson blinked, "Wow, these guys sound like real jerks..." "Quiet Tyson, I'm trying to read..." Ray said. "Sorry..." Tyson muttered.

Fellow Tarongs! It has come to our attention that the evil Koreks have discovered a defenseless planet and are preparing to attack! We must come to the aid of this planet, and stop the deranged universal conquest of the Koreks! All who are able, report to the Flight Station to recieve further instruction. We will send a message to this planet to warn them of the current events.

Tyson cheered, "I like the sound of these guys!" "Hush Tyson!" Max said. "Sorry...." Tyson muttered.

We sent the warning message to the planet several days ago, but yet there has been no response... Perhaps the people on this planet are so behind in technology that they didn't even recieve our message....

Tyson asked, "Why didn't the planet's people respond?" "Why don't you just keep reading and be quiet!" Kai said.

Transmission from the Pokemon to the Tarongs
*********************************************************

I am Mewtwo, a Pokemon, from the planet you say is under attack. I have advanced technology that the humans, who also inhabit this planet, do not. Since I am a Pokemon, they will not listen to me, so I shall secure the future of all the Pokemon, and just hope that your forces shall come in time to save the foolish humans. I plan on using my powers to seal away all the Pokemon, until I feel it is safe to come out of hiding.

Kenny said to the others, "I'm assuming that Mewtwo put all the Pokemon into BitChips, thus making them BitBeasts, look at this next part."

This is a red alert! It has come to our attention that all the Pokemon have disappeared and in their place is a small circular object. We are investigating this unusual circumstance, and will notify you of any further developments.

Ray nodded, "So, this Mewtwo Pokemon, it turned all the Pokemon into BitBeasts, in order to protect them." Kenny nodded, "It appears that way."

*************************************************

We are now in the space above the puny planet, commence the attack, now!

Tyson, "Where are the Tarongs?" "Hush Tyson!" everyone else said. "Sheesh...sorry..." Tyson
muttered.

Tarong transmission to the Tarong soldiers
*****************************************************

Our fleet has arrived over the planet just in time to see the Koreks start the attack! Fire all laser cannons at the Koreks, now!

Tyson cheered, "Go Tarongs!" Kai glared at Tyson, and he grew quiet immedatly.

Korek transmission to the Korek soldiers
*************************************************

Red alert! Red alert! The Tarongs have launched a massive scale attack against our forces. We have lost many ships already to their huge forces. Retreat now to prevent more losses! Those who live to fight another day, conquer another day!

Tyson was doing a little dance, "Oh yeah, oh yeah! Go Tarongs, Go Tarongs!" His friends just stared at him. "What???" he asked.

Human government transmission to the people
*********************************************************

The odd lights you saw flashing above in the sky today are nothing to be alarmed about. It is just a fluctuation in the atmosphere, and not alien ships attacking each other, we are perfectly safe. Go about your normal business.

Tyson blinked, "So the government denied that it was aliens???" Kenny nodded, "Yep. I guess they figued that people would panic too much if they found out it was aliens..." Kenny fidgeted with his glasses, "Anyways, I did some research, and found out that these events took place about 3000 years ago! I guess that Mewtwo never found a way to restore the Pokemon back to normal..." Tyson looked at his Beyblade, "Wow Rayquaza, it's pretty cool that you were once a living creature, I guess it must have been hard for you to be sealed away... But, I'm kinda glad you were...if you weren't, then we wouldn't be battle parners!" The others nodded in agreement, they too were happy that their BitBeasts were with them.

Battle Rules:

1. Only Beyblade in a Stadium or open area
2. Do not launch your Beyblade at your opponent
3. A winner is declared when one of three things happen:
One Beyblade is sent flying out of the Stadium
One Beyblade stops spinning
One Beyblade breaks apart
4. It is possible to have a tie in a battle
5. Not all your attacks can be powered by your Pokemon BitBeast, some attacks have to be regular attacks, only using the power of your Beyblade parts.

Beyblade Shop Information:

The Beyblade shop has many different parts to buy. There is an infinite amount of the standard parts, but there later may be special parts with limited availability. Beyblades sometimes break in battle, so you go here to get new parts. You can find the shop in the next post.

Beyblade Parts:

There are three main parts to a Beyblade, they are the Attack Ring, Weight Disk, and the Blade Base.

The Attack Ring is on top of the Beyblade, and it is the part that attacks the opponent. This piece gets a lot of abuse during battles and is prone to breaking more than the other pieces.

The Weight Disk goes in the middle of the Beyblade. The Weight Disk is for balancing out the Beyblade. The Weight Disk is made of metal and it is pretty strong and hard to break. It doesn't take a lot of damage because it is in the middle.

The Blade Base goes on the bottom of the Beyblade. This piece is what the Beyblade spins on. The Blade Base takes some damage, but not as much as the Attack Ring. Also, the bottom of the base may get worn down and not work as well.

Beyblade Strength Factors:

The Beyblades have three different factors that determine their strength.

Attack-This is how strongly your Beyblade attacks and spins.

Defense-This is how well your Beyblade can withstand damage.

Endurance-This is how long your Beyblade can spin and recover from attacks.

Team Information:

You can join with other Beybladers to create a battling team. There is no limit to how many people are on a team. Also, tag-team options are available. Tag-team is a two-on-two battle, with two members from each team battling. You do not have to join a team, you can also battle alone.

Character Creation:

These are the lists of available characters from the Pokemon and Beyblade shows and games. You can also be any other character from the shows and games, these are just small lists to get you started. If you do not want to be a currently existing character; you can also create your own. Also, for all characters, you need to pick an Attack Ring, Weight Disk, and Blade Base from the Beyblade Shop in the next post.
