A Complete History of Space Paranoids in the Kingdom Hearts Series
I just finished the history of Space Paranoids from Kingdom Hearts 2, and it kind of mutated into a summary as I went along. XD
There are spoilers for many parts of the Kingdom Hearts series, especially Kingdom Hearts 2.
Many entries are direct quotes or paraphrases of quotes from Kingdom Hearts 2
Comments that begin with a - are facts presented in canon

Some events are not canonly stated when they take place. I have ordered them as best as I can figure. The Kingdom Hearts Wiki helped place some of them.
*Unknown Point of Time* Ansem the Wise obtained a copy of ENCOM's computer system, complete with Tron, Sark, and the Master Control Program.
--It is unknown how he obtained the copy, most likely he went to the world ENCOM was on and got it directly from them.
--It is also unknown at what point the copy was taken from. Likely it was some time before the events of the movie Tron, considering it plays out much the same in Kingdom Hearts 2. Tron doesn't make any reference to anything that happened in the movie, but that doesn't mean it didn't happen either.
*Unknown Point of Time* ENCOM's original program was destroyed.
--It is unknown how or why the system was destroyed. If the world ENCOM was on was consumed by Heartless, then it may be back now. It's also possible that Tron was mistaken on the matter or had been lied to.
*Unknown Point of Time* Ansem the Wise modified ENCOM's system by updating and customizing the Programs. By doing this, he became Tron's User. He renamed the system to "Hollow Bastion OS." The system was used for town maintenance and his own research.
--Hollow Bastion was called Radiant Garden while Ansem the Wise was ruling; it is unknown why he would name the computer system Hollow Bastion, unless that was the original beginning of the name. It's possible that Xehanort or someone else named the system and customized it.
*Unknown Point of Time* The events of Birth By Sleep happen.
*Unknown Point of Time* Ansem the Wise and his assistants do research on hearts and Heartless.
*Unknown Point of Time* Xehanort takes Ansem's name for his own.
*Unknown Point of Time* Someone (Ansem the Wise or Xehanort most likely) drew a picture of the dataspace with notes on the wall in Ansem the Wise's study room.
--At some point, a large picture of Xehanort was placed over it. It is unknown when it was placed on top of it or who placed it. It's likely that Xehanort placed the picture there, since it is a picture of him.
*Unknown Point of Time* Ansem the Wise was sent to the Realm of Darkness by Xehanort.
*Unknown Point of Time* Someone (likely Xehanort) logged in as Ansem and activated the MCP.
--The Kingdom Hearts Wiki mentions that Sark was activated at the same time.

First Part of Kingdom Hearts 2
-Between Sora's second and third visits to Hollow Bastion, Ansem the Wise's computer was found.
Third Visit to Hollow Bastion
-Sora visits Cid and Yuffie at Merlin's house.
-Sora heads to the castle to investigate Ansem the Wise's computer.
-The computer room is hidden behind a wall that can disappear and reappear at the touch of a panel.
-Sora, Stitch, and Donald bang on the computer's keyboard, which causes the MCP to arrest Sora, Donald, and Goofy by activating the laser and sending them into the computer's world of Space Paranoids.
First Visit to Space Paranoids
-Sora wakes up and finds Donald and Goofy escorted by several Strafer Heartless
-Sark teleports in and refers to himself as Commander over the Heartless. He shows his power to Sora by hurting Donald and Goofy.
-Sora, Donald, and Goofy are placed into the Pit Cell, where Tron had been placed some time before.
-Tron explains about the world of Space Paranoids. Sora, Donald, and Goofy don't really understand what he's talking about.
-Tron figures out by their names that Sora, Donald, and Goofy are Users.
-He tells them they should leave before the MCP de-rezzes them.
-There's a terminal in the Pit Cell that would have transported them back to the User world, but the MCP cut the power to it 50 microcycles ago.
-There's an energy core in the canyon that if brought back online can power the terminal back up.
-The cell door's energy fields is locked and they're trapped, but Sora realizes he can use his Keyblade to unlock it.
-Elsewhere, Sark talks to the MCP, questioning why they don't just de-rezz Tron. The MCP is still looking for the password to the dataspace and is unable to get the processing power required to use a logic probe to access it. MCP dismisses Sark and tells him to stop any remaining anomalies or else.
-Tron offers to go with Sora to the canyon because he can interface with the energy core.
-The energy core is missing a crucial box, so Sora finds the correct one to bring it back online, using the Keyblade to lift it to its proper place.
-Power to the terminal is restored and it turns on.
-The group goes back to the Pit Cell and Tron gets the terminal up and running.
-Tron asks Sora to find his User so he can get the password to the DTD. DTD is the name of the dataspace. The dataspace has copies of all the original programs and has sensitive and restricted data.
-Some time previously, Tron took on the MCP and the MCP appropriated many of his functions. Tron needs the password so he can access his original backup program and restore these functions. Then, he'll be able to put the system back before the MCP took control and changed everything.
-Tron tells the group that his User is Ansem the Wise.
-The power fluctuates, indicating that the MCP is on to what they're doing, so Tron tells them he'll keep the terminal running and that they should exit the system.
-Sora, Donald, and Goofy teleport back to the computer room in Hollow Bastion.
Fourth Visit to Hollow Bastion
-Sora, Donald, and Goofy appear in the computer room.
-Leon is surprised to see them and asks where they have been.
-Sora, Donald, and Goofy explain to Leon what happened and that they need the password.
-They go back to the other room and Tifa searches it. She removes the large picture of Xehanort and reveals a picture and writing on the wall.
-The only readable words on the wall accompanying the drawing are:
"HOLLOW MAIN SECURITY
/TRONDOORTODARKNESS"
The drawing consists of a heart with a circle around it, surrounded by various symbols. Certain parts are labeled with an unknown language.
-Sora thinks it's a drawing of the dataspace.
-King Mickey shows up and says that the Door To Darkness can only be opened by the seven princesses.
-Mickey is about to explain about Ansem, but Leon mentions that Tron's waiting for them.
-The group is torn, but Mickey says he's not going anywhere and they'll talk more later
-They go back to the computer room and are sent back into Space Paranoids.
Second Visit to Space Paranoids
-Sora, Donald, and Goofy arrive in the Pit Cell, but Tron is nowhere to be found.
-Goofy is at the terminal and all three get teleported to the game grid.
-Sora rides in the Light Cycle game against Magnum Loader Heartless.
-A Devastator Heartless appears and attacks, blasting a hole in a wall.
-Sora rides in the Light Cycle game and he escapes with Donald and Goofy through the hole, the group gets transported back to the Pit Cell.
-There, they find Tron lying on the ground. He gets up and is wobbly. He's alive, but not doing well.
-He's not happy to see the group, saying they could have just transmitted the data to him.
-They head to the dataspace and the group tells Tron the password: Belle, Snow White, Aurora, Alice, Jasmine, Cinderella, Kairi.
-That activates the DTD and the computer tells them to enjoy a game while it loads. It's the final security routine of the DTD. Heartless appear and the group fights them and destroys the three monitors in the room.
-After the battle, Tron places his hand on the console and his functions are restored.
-This allows the MCP full access to the DTD and this allows him to fully take over the system.
-The MCP activates the town's emergency destruction program, but Tron changes the password.
-The MCP loads a Hostile Program into the I/O Tower, so Tron says they need to go and destroy it.
-They go there and go to the Communications Room
-Tron thinks there's total chaos outside and Donald's worried about inside. There's a terminal in the room.
-The group exits and goes to the hallway, where the Hostile Program attacks them.
-The MCP asks why Tron chooses to help the Users, and he replies that he wants to help them and his code is written to do what's right.
-They fight the Hostile Program and defeat it.
-Afterwards, they go back to the Communication Room and Tron gets the terminal working.
-Sora tells Tron that Ansem is their enemy. Surprisingly, Tron replies that even though Ansem is his User, he's Tron's enemy too because he brought back the MCP. This is strange, because the Ansem he first knew wouldn't do that.
-Tron thinks the Users are going to be able to figure out this mess.
-He tells the group to go before the MCP acts up again.
-Tron also tells Sora that any data that's needed from the DTD can be accessed by his User's terminal. He's going to keep an access channel open for them.
-He also mentions that the group is the new password.
-They thank Tron and are transported back to the computer room.
Fifth Visit to Hollow Bastion
-Sora, Donald, and Goofy arrive back in the computer room to find Leon standing there and there's a thank you message from Tron on the screen.
-Sora tells Leon they should access the DTD, so Leon types and says that they need a password. The password is: Sora, Donald, Goofy.
-They have access to the system, but Leon has to leave, putting Sora in charge.
-They look for information on Riku and Kairi, Nobodies, and the Organization, but all the data is corrupt and they get an error message.
-Sora hits the computer a few times and a picture of Ansem the Wise pops up.
-Mickey walks in, and the group talks to him, he explains about the different Ansems.
-Later he remembers who Xehanort is.
Second Part of Kingdom Hearts 2
-In between visits to Hollow Bastion, the MCP took over and messed with the control system of Hollow Bastion and sent an army of Heartless to attack.
-Leon and Aerith went to see what was going on and found the Heartless were being brought in. Leon went down to investigate and fought some, then ran back to the computer and tried to stop the MCP.
-Cid and Merlin started work on the MCP Eradication Program.
Sixth Visit to Hollow Bastion
-Sora, Goofy, and Donald arrive to see Heartless roaming around and the control system acting wonky.
-They go to Merlin's house, outside, the control system is still going crazy and Heartless from Space Paranoids appear and the group defeats them.
-The group goes inside and find out that the MCP is causing trouble.
-Nobody can reach Tron, so they don't know how he's doing with all this and they think he's been forced onto the game grid.
-Sora, Donald, and Goofy decide to go check on Tron.
-Cid and Merlin are creating an MCP Eradication program and think they're almost done. But when it's finished, they'll need Tron's help.
-They show up at the computer room and find Leon and Aerith. They tell Leon the Eradicator program is almost finished.
-Leon says they still can't get in touch with Tron and says the group should try to contact him. Sora says they'll just go in person.
-Leon asks them to tell Tron to go to the I/O tower; they'll upload the MCP Eradication program there.
-Leon leaves to help the others, Aerith is left to handle the computer room.
-Sora, Donald, and Goofy transport to Space Paranoids.
Third Visit to Space Paranoids
-Heartless are seen wandering freely in groups.
-Sora, Donald, and Goofy appear in the Pit Cell.
-Back in Hollow Bastion, Leon goes to Merlin's house. Cid and Merlin have finished the MCP Eradication program and give it to him, then Leon heads back to the computer room.
-They use the terminal to get to the game grid. There, they see Tron fighting Heartless.
-The group helps him fight and the Heartless are defeated.
-They all go back to the Pit Cell and talk.
-Tron says the MCP is ready to wage all-out war against the Users. He asks what's going on outside and Sora explains what's going on and that Cid is making a program to de-rezz the MCP and that it'll be at the I/O tower for them to pick up.
-The group agrees to go to the I/O tower.
-Back in Hollow Bastion, Leon is running to the castle and fighting Heartless along the way.
-On the way to the I/O tower, Heartless attack and Sora, Donald, Goofy, and Tron defeat them.
-Back in Hollow Bastion, Leon arrives at the computer room with the disk that has the MCP Eradication program. The MCP won't let him access anything and threatens Leon, but when he gives Aerith the disk, she easily pops it into the computer and the program loads.
-Sora, Donald, Goofy, and Tron arrive at the I/O tower and wait a few moments for the program to come in.
-Tron stands on the platform and uses his Identity Disc to obtain the program.
-There's also a power booster for Tron and flight routines for the Solar Sailer.
-They go to the Simulation Hanger and activate the Solar Sailer, taking off to get to the MCP.
-Heartless attack the group and they fight them off to keep the Solar Sailer moving.
-They finally arrive at the Central Computer Mesa and walk into where the MCP is located.
-Sark is there with a group of Heartless and the group defeats all of them.
-Sark says that Tron is very persistent and Tron replies that he's better than Sark. Sark says they would have made a great team and Tron strikes a final blow.
-The MCP tells Tron that they don't need Users; they should join together and control the world. Tron says that the MCP doesn't get it.
-The MCP gives all his functions to Sark and Sark grows much, much larger.
-The heroes fight Sark and the MCP, using Tron's Delete power to finally take down the MCP. Sark disappears as well.
-Tron does a sort of victory dance and Sora comments that he has a silly side. Tron says he learned it from Sora, but he does have limits. Sora threatens to reprogram once they get back and Donald thinks it's a good idea.
-Tron laughs and thanks them and the Users for helping him and making him stronger and teaching him about friendship.
-He offers a handshake to Sora, but hugs him instead. Sora is taken by surprise, then Tron hugs Goofy and Donald as well.
-Tron then runs off and jumps into where the MCP was, much to Sora, Donald, and Goofy's horror and things start shaking.
Seventh Visit Hollow Bastion/Radiant Garden
-Things are calming down. The Heartless from Space Paranoids are gone.
-Sora, Donald, and Goofy are brought back into Hollow Bastion, Aerith and Yuffie are pleased to see them.
-Tron speaks through the computer and the group is excited to hear from him.
-Donald hits a few keys and Tron tells them that he's ticklish. Sora takes over and hits the keys like mad.
-Finally, Tron speaks up and says he found something from the archives; it's how the town first looked.
-Lights shine throughout Hollow Bastion and sparkles fall through the air. Everyone remembers the town's old name, Radiant Garden.
Third and Last Part of Kingdom Hearts 2
Some Time After Kingdom Hearts 2 (Credits)
-Tron downloads something to his Identity Disc and dances off.
*Unknown Point of Time* The events of Kingdom Hearts coded and Kingdom Hearts 3D: Dream Drop Distance (along with possible future games) happen.
-It is currently unknown what is going on in Space Paranoids during this time.

-Leon says they still can't get in touch with Tron and says the group should try to contact him. Sora says they'll just go in person.
-Leon asks them to tell Tron to go to the I/O tower; they'll upload the MCP Eradication program there.
-Leon leaves to help the others, Aerith is left to handle the computer room.
-Sora, Donald, and Goofy transport to Space Paranoids.
Third Visit to Space Paranoids
-Heartless are seen wandering freely in groups.
-Sora, Donald, and Goofy appear in the Pit Cell.
-Back in Hollow Bastion, Leon goes to Merlin's house. Cid and Merlin have finished the MCP Eradication program and give it to him, then Leon heads back to the computer room.
-They use the terminal to get to the game grid. There, they see Tron fighting Heartless.
-The group helps him fight and the Heartless are defeated.
-They all go back to the Pit Cell and talk.
-Tron says the MCP is ready to wage all-out war against the Users. He asks what's going on outside and Sora explains what's going on and that Cid is making a program to de-rezz the MCP and that it'll be at the I/O tower for them to pick up.
-The group agrees to go to the I/O tower.
-Back in Hollow Bastion, Leon is running to the castle and fighting Heartless along the way.
-On the way to the I/O tower, Heartless attack and Sora, Donald, Goofy, and Tron defeat them.
-Back in Hollow Bastion, Leon arrives at the computer room with the disk that has the MCP Eradication program. The MCP won't let him access anything and threatens Leon, but when he gives Aerith the disk, she easily pops it into the computer and the program loads.
-Sora, Donald, Goofy, and Tron arrive at the I/O tower and wait a few moments for the program to come in.
-Tron stands on the platform and uses his Identity Disc to obtain the program.
-There's also a power booster for Tron and flight routines for the Solar Sailer.
-They go to the Simulation Hanger and activate the Solar Sailer, taking off to get to the MCP.
-Heartless attack the group and they fight them off to keep the Solar Sailer moving.
-They finally arrive at the Central Computer Mesa and walk into where the MCP is located.
-Sark is there with a group of Heartless and the group defeats all of them.
-Sark says that Tron is very persistent and Tron replies that he's better than Sark. Sark says they would have made a great team and Tron strikes a final blow.
-The MCP tells Tron that they don't need Users; they should join together and control the world. Tron says that the MCP doesn't get it.
-The MCP gives all his functions to Sark and Sark grows much, much larger.
-The heroes fight Sark and the MCP, using Tron's Delete power to finally take down the MCP. Sark disappears as well.
-Tron does a sort of victory dance and Sora comments that he has a silly side. Tron says he learned it from Sora, but he does have limits. Sora threatens to reprogram once they get back and Donald thinks it's a good idea.
-Tron laughs and thanks them and the Users for helping him and making him stronger and teaching him about friendship.
-He offers a handshake to Sora, but hugs him instead. Sora is taken by surprise, then Tron hugs Goofy and Donald as well.
-Tron then runs off and jumps into where the MCP was, much to Sora, Donald, and Goofy's horror and things start shaking.
Seventh Visit Hollow Bastion/Radiant Garden
-Things are calming down. The Heartless from Space Paranoids are gone.
-Sora, Donald, and Goofy are brought back into Hollow Bastion, Aerith and Yuffie are pleased to see them.
-Tron speaks through the computer and the group is excited to hear from him.
-Donald hits a few keys and Tron tells them that he's ticklish. Sora takes over and hits the keys like mad.
-Finally, Tron speaks up and says he found something from the archives; it's how the town first looked.
-Lights shine throughout Hollow Bastion and sparkles fall through the air. Everyone remembers the town's old name, Radiant Garden.
Third and Last Part of Kingdom Hearts 2
Some Time After Kingdom Hearts 2 (Credits)
-Tron downloads something to his Identity Disc and dances off.
*Unknown Point of Time* The events of Kingdom Hearts coded and Kingdom Hearts 3D: Dream Drop Distance (along with possible future games) happen.
-It is currently unknown what is going on in Space Paranoids during this time.
