Sister's Graduation
Today my Sister graduated!
Beforehand, we went to eat at Black Eyed Pea's, it was good, like always. ^_^
Pappaw stopped by early before going by the school, so I went with him. We stayed in the car for a while, and watched the gaggle of kids getting out the the van next to us and them getting ready. XD
We then got seats and Mom and Dad finally showed up and sat with us. Soon after, Pappaw wasn't feeling well, he had some new medicine that apparently wasn't making him feel well, so he left. T___T
A family we're friends with couldn't find a seat, so one of the daughters brought a present for my Sister for us to give to her later.
Before it began, this happened:
Older Lady: *puts her hand on my shoulder and is kind of leaning on me*
Lady: "She's not related..."
Older Lady: "It's okay, she will be."
Me and Older Lady: *laughs*
Older Lady: "Just like a Grandma, huh?"
The graduation was okay, nothing too very interesting, mine wasn't either. XD
During part of it, something else happened:
Me: *feels someone slightly lift of the hood of my Bleach hoodie*
Older Lady: "He's trying to see who's on your back."
Me: "Oh! No worries!" *moves hood so the little kid can look*
After the graduation, we found Grandma, Grandpa, Vickie (my aunt), and Bennie (Vickie's boyfriend). They had presents for my Sister. ^_^
We took some pictures, and Mom gave me her camera to hold. I grabbed it lightly, but for some reason, it flung out of my hand and hit the concrete. >_< Mom kinda fussed at me, and Bennie stood up for me and said he had seen it fly out of my hand too, he thought it was probably because the long strap got caught on Mom's button. That makes sense. *nod*
We stood around and talked for a while, and we chatted with a friend of my Mom's and my Sister's. I also found a tree with a plaque that was planted by the Japanese sister school we have.
Well, that's about all for today.
