Quick Update

Sorry for vanishing again, I've had the blahs, been sick and tired and just overall bleh.  Not much has been going on either.

Quick update list:

-Been watching movies, some good, some bad
-Had an eye appointment and I'm going to get new glasses once they come in.  :D
-My vision is like -8.  XD  I think one eye is -8.25 and the -8.50.
-Got all the pieces to my Chell cosplay!  :D  Gonna try it all on soon and make adjustments as needed.  Need to tweak the shoes and fix up the ID badge I made to fit into the lanyard, among other small things.
-Finished up Super Paper Mario, it had such a good story!  :D
-Ordered a limited Tronorail toy from Disney, it should arrive soon.  :D  I told them I didn't care what color was showing (I plan on taking it out of the box dun dun dunnnnn) so I'm curious to see which one I'll get.  XD

I think that's about it.  I'm feeling lots better now, so I'll try to post more often, but I'll also try to avoid the boring stuff.  XD

Hmmm, depends on your tastes, really. We watched the original Conan the Barbarian, and I thought it was just okay, not really my cup of tea. Except for the soundtrack, which was AMAZING. So, I would recommend it based on the soundtrack alone, lol.

We also watched the recent Red Riding Hood, Mom read the book and liked it a lot. Mom and Pappaw liked the movie, me and Dad thought it was just okay. But, I'm not sure on how you feel about semi-romance (romance was a big part, but not quite the main plot exactly), sort of historicaly, reinvented fairy tale, and mystery all wrapped into one. The CGI werewolf was pretty awesome, there were some clever shout outs to different versions of the fairy tale, and I got an extra amount of amusement because I've played a game called Werewolf, it's like Mafia/Infection/Malaria/Etc. and it works kind of like the movie did, "Oh noez, a villager is a werewolf who is it?" So I'd say, depending on your cup of tea, it's a maybe. Wasn't really my favorite sort of thing, but it had some moments. (We watched it just last weekend, so that's why it's more fresh/rambly in my brain. XD)

And I always recommend Lilo and Stitch and Monsters, Inc. :D

There were some other ones, but I can't remember them at the moment, so they must have not been too great, lol.
