A Few Random Things

A real entry coming later, just wanted to mention a few things.

-Forgot to mention that one night on our vacation, me and my Sister saw an armadillo at the hotel!  We all heard a noise in the bushes, Mom and Dad thought it was a duck and just kept walking, but me and my Sister stuck around to see it.  XD  At first, we could only see that it had a stripy tail, and I thought it might be a rat or a possum, and then it came out of the bushes, and we were surprised to see the armadillo.  XD  It was so cute, and we watched it for a bit before it went back out of sight.

-Found the Windows XP Installing music on YouTube.  XD

Nice Day

First off, my notifications seem to be wonky again, so I if I don't reply to anyone for a while, it's because they weren't sent to my e-mail.  :|  Sorry about that.  >_>

Another thing I forgot to mention is that Bruce the cat came by to visit one day last week.  ^_^  We had been wondering about him in the car, and when we got home, he was under the other car.  XD  Me and Mom talked to him, then went in to get him some water.  When we came back out, he had already gone and was on the other side of the fence.  I meowed and he meowed back, but left.  Guess he just wanted to see if we were doing okay.  XD

Me, Mom, and my Sister ate with Pappaw at a Mexican restaurant, it was pretty good.

We went home for a bit, then dropped my Sister off at her boyfriend's and me and Mom went to help out at the library.

I stayed up in the Teen area watching prizes again, but after a bit, Mom got me to come and help her out, since her volunteer for the time didn't show up or warn her she wasn't going to be there.  :|  I mostly just poked on the computer and I read "The Sea Serpent's Daughter", which was a folktale from Brazil about why night comes, it was pretty neat.

I found the old DOS Talking Parrot and Gorilla games and messed around with them in DOSbox.  DOSbox doesn't use a microphone, so Talking Parrot doesn't work quite right, but you can hit keys to make him talk.  XD  I used to play these all the time at Memaw's and Pappaw's on one of Pappaw's old computers.  ^_^


I have a new project I may or may not work on.  XD  There's these old Nintendo scratch cards, and people have posted some of them on the Internet.  I want to make a site where you can play them online.  ^_^
