Great Weekend

Me and Dad hung out this weekend. ^_^
We went to see How to Train Your Dragon. ^_^ We were either going to see it or Clash of the Titans. The two movies were going to start like within 10 minutes of each other. Dad asked me which one I wanted to see, and I hem-hawed around, because I knew he wanted to see Titans, but I kinda wanted to see Dragon again, though Titans has PEGASUS and MYTHS and stuff. We had a pizza at home, and when we left, Dad said that we'd go to whatever movie we arrived closest to. XD Titans had already started 18 minutes ago, and Dragon had started 8, so we went to Dragon. Didn't miss anything, we came in in the middle of the previews. ^_^ Such an awesome movie. <3 <3 <3
I told Mom about our process of choosing which movie to go to, and then I said that depending on when my Sister went to the movie, I hoped I got to see it for a 3rd time, and she looked at me and said, "You are a dragonwhore." XD
When we came back from the movie, there was something weird and black in the grass, so me and Dad went to look. -Warning! Next paragraph is a little gruesome, short version is that a hawk had lunch. XD-
Turns out it was a bunch of black feathers. Upon looking closer, there was a grack head near the middle. There was no blood, so it looked especially bizarre. Last time we saw feathers like that, we think a hawk had eaten a dove, but it didn't leave the head. XD When Mom came home, she took pictures of it. Today, Mom got a stick and flipped the head over so we could see the other side.
Saturday night, me and Dad watched Lilo and Stitch. It's been a while since I've seen the original, and since then, we've watched the sequels and the TV show and what have you. The first movie is soooo much better than all the stuff that comes afterwards. T___T Also, for the entire franchise, there's like 5 or 6 CANON AUs, it gets a little confusing trying to figure out how everything fits. XD
Sunday, after me and Dad came back from eating, Bruce was chillin' in the driveway. XD He let me scratch his back/neck for a long time, then Dad brought out some tuna for him. After he ate, he played the "I'm Done With You" game. XD The "I'm Done With You Game" is where when he doesn't want to be petted anymore, he'll get up, walk juuuussst out of arm's reach and then sit down. XD
The How To Train Your Dragon TVTropes page mentions there's myths about cats being dragons and stuff. Since Bruce is a black kitty with green eyes, does that make him a Night Fury? XD
When Mom came home on Sunday, we got caught up on a lot of TV.
Today, we were all just sitting around in the den, and we heard a loud WHAM. Me and Mom go look out the window, and there's a hawk standing there with his tail feathers ruffled and a grack in its claws. The grack struggles a bit, but the hawk doesn't relent. After a bit, the hawk flies away with his lunch. Me and Mom went and looked outside, and there's two holes in our backdoor screen. XD
I played some Cave Story today. Didn't get anywhere, just fought the "final" bosses. Though, at one point, I managed to beat the first 2/3 (the second one changes form) bosses without taking a hit. XD Note to anyone who might play - the missiles work really, really crazy well against The Doctor, I wiped him out in no time. XD
I probably won't be online Friday night, I'm going to try to go up to hang out with my friends this weekend, it's Kickball Saturday, whooo! ^_^
While we were watching Lilo and Stitch, I was considering maybe RPing the Grand Councilwoman. She's kinda like Lady!Zangetsu, so that's why. Though, she does get angry and impatient, where Lady!Zangetsu doesn't. I probably won't, but it's something I want to consider.
Thinking on My-HiME Orihime some more, I might be able to get away with her not really knowing anyone except Tatsuki and maybe Aizen, so I wouldn't have to fully make the AU and decide where everyone goes. XD
I randomly remembered an AU idea I had, I want to play Shinigami!Curly Brace from Cave Story. XD Her Shikai would be the Machine Gun and her Bankai the Nemesis. Nemesissssssssss. She doesn't have many lines in the game, however, there is a new Curly Mode and that supposedly gives her more dialogue. I might play it and see what happens.
I'm apping Toothless at Brofist, this should be interesting. XD
